After reading all of the positive reviews from other clients that have used this service, I hired this company in XXXX to assist me in improving my credit and credit scores. Each month this company would send out dispute letters to all XXXX credit bureaus to dispute information on my credit. After 6 months of using this company and paying {$150.00} a month, I have not seen any significant changes in my credit or scores. When I first began with them I was advised by the credit counselor to pay off some of the collections on my report. I paid them off and did exactly what was advised. I followed up with the advisor on occasion and was told that some of the bureaus are difficult to work with as far as getting deletions removed. I also spoke with the owner of the company and was told that most customers see a XXXX % improvement in their credit. I only have a XXXX % improvement in the time working with this company and am disappointed in the results. I feel like the company false advertises and it makes me question the reviews from these other clients. I have been working diligently and doing my part and I have invested {$650.00} to see barely any improvement. When I spoke to the owner, he told me that they would do an over all analysis and recommend if I should continue with the company. I am disappointed in that response because if I walk away now, there goes the {$650.00} that I invested so far. This is unfair customer service practice and I have wasted a lot of money on something I could have done myself. I just want my money back and will repair my credit on my own.
