Peace. I'm XXXX. The XXXX-year-old doesn't know a language ( everything XXXX translates ). On XX/XX/2020, in the morning, I saw a loan check on XXXX XXXX 's site. No credit impact. This is how it was written on XXXX XXXX 's site. So I just checked. And immediately I got an email that I wasn't approved for a loan. And they checked my credit at XXXX XXXX. I immediately wrote an email and sent it to them. I don't want a loan. Why did they use my credit to apply for a loan I never even attempted to apply for. Please take care of it. XXXX XXXX.
Attached is the email that they sent me, which shows that they referred to my credit in XXXX XXXX and didn't approve of a loan I didn't apply for. And again, I'm saying that I don't want a loan, and I never even attempted to apply for a loan in the first place. I simply wanted to check what the interests of the loan were, just like it was written on your website. Thanks.
I would like to mention that I also spoke to XXXX XXXX today, through the phone. And I also told them about the situation, and they left a note about the situation in my account.

XX/XX/2019 - Approved for a {$5000.00} loan through ELOAN XX/XX/2019 - Funding Date XX/XX/2019 - I called in inquiring when funds would be deposited. Advised within 3 days XX/XX/2019 - I called advising funds still not deposited. Eloan discovered funds went to an unknown bank. Not mine. Advised they have to locate the funds.
XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX I called in looking for funds? Still not deposited. Told I have to wait.
XX/XX/2019 - Spoke with XXXX XXXX - stated the escalation dept. was notified.
XX/XX/2019 - Spoke with XXXX XXXX, no activity, nothing to report.
XX/XX/2019 - Spoke with XXXX XXXX, advised account with resolutions. Advised he could not deposit funds into account while they looked for the money that went to wrong account. Advised he could not cancel loan and issue a new one without running credit again. Advised the credit hit could not be removed even though I never received funds. Could not give me a a date of resolution.
XX/XX/2019 - Receptionist would not transfer me to XXXX XXXX nor XXXX XXXX.
stated they did not have phones. Advised me that the issue would absolutely be resolved by the next day. Per XXXX XXXX thru reception.
XX/XX/2019 - XXXX XXXX - XXXX and XXXX in meeting - will call me back XX/XX/2019 XXXX XXXX - XXXX and XXXX in meeting - will call me back XX/XX/2019 XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX advised he did not have an answer as to when the funds would be deposited nor did he have an answer as to how to resolve. Hello my name is XXXX XXXX I have been filling out loan applications due to a hurricane that has hit XXXX Texas I am new to filling out loans online an I had someone call me due to an application i put on line. They asked for my online banking information I did not know I was not suppose to give that to them they said they were going to send me insurance money then deposit the loan i was very skeptical so I hung up An changed my online banking an I am going in the bank to change all my accounts as well but they have a copy of my drivers license and I am very worried they will commit fraud in my name please is there any help you can give me I do not want any crimes being committed with fraud in my name. On Messenger a person hacked into the XXXX Arizona '' s Mayor 's personal account an sent me a message about an available program from the Government that I might be eligible for, sort of like a grant for {$50000.00} that I would not have to pay back but I would have to submit a payment of {$350.00} with the application. I also had the Mayors personal number as our conversation did not sound the same, I could tell by the reply 's something was off.
Thank God I didn't give any personal info but I have theirs.

Got a call saying I was approved for a loan with Eloan.com and they had my info so I thought it was legitimate. Then they had me go get XXXX on a XXXX XXXX card to register. Then I had to get a XXXX XXXX XXXX card.
Once they asked me to get XXXX on a XXXX XXXX card for loan insurance then I figured out I was being scammed.
There numbers are XXXX and XXXX.
I demanded my money back until I got on their nerves. I contacted the company ( Eloan ) they were pretending to be. Then I called the scammers back and the guy admitted to being a scam artist.
