I recently purchased XXXX x {$100.00} XXXX gift cards, and XXXX x {$500.00} XXXX XXXX gift cards, locally at a XXXX affiliate XXXX 's store. Each of these gift cards were tampered with and compromised- which was immediately obvious only after purchasing and opening the packaging, as the cards were dirty and covered in glue and tape. None of the cards contained any value whatsoever, even though I scanned them at the register and paid for them, and the receipt shows that they were activated. Since the store policy is that all gift card sales are final, they advised me to contact XXXX corporate and submit claims to Blackhawk. I subsequently filed cases and they have refused to return my money, stating Blackhawk has denied the claim. Please reference the following XXXX case numbers : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX.

they repossessed my car after one late payment. they switched companies without my knowledge. it was blackhawk financial when i got my loan.it is currently XXXX XXXX XXXX i never got a notice of them changing names and numbers. i had no way of contacting them until i seen their name on my credit report 3 years later. i called when i got their information they said i owed about 4000 witch is incorrect it was only around 1000. they sold the car to someone else for over what i owed. this is lowering my score. they never sent me the check of notification that the car was sold. they never gave me a chance to relieve my debt. they was very rude and uncooperative. they do not even have the original loan agreement. with my signature. they cant not validate my debt.

I had an auto loan with a company called Blackhawk Auto Loans. After only 2 month of paying on the vehicle it got totaled. After insurance paid for the amount it was worth there was a {$600.00} balance remaining and I sent a check to them the same week to pay it off. After just trying to get a loan again for a new car they were n't able to because Blackhawk Auto Loans took a very very long time to process the check it shows that I left my auto loan unpaid for over 4 months. Now Blackhawk Auto Loans are no longer in business and the phone number they provide to get information about the company that bought them out is out of service. I can not find anything to help me fix this and my credit is terrible now.

I have reviewed my credit reports and I see that a company by the name of " Blackhawk Finance '' has placed a charge off on my reports. I have no recollection of said account with the company. The company is out of business according to the Better Business Bureau nor is it accredited.
