I am the Listing Agent of the home at XXXX XXXX XXXX MI XXXXThe Buyer made application with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of Black Equity Lending NMLS XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX The appraisal was to be ordered within 5 days of application per the PA. The Lender has refused to order the appraisal. The Lender has refused to provide updates on the loan mortgage status and keeps referring me to the Buyers Real Estate Agent.
