USD sent from XXXX XXXX to Bitstamp for XXXX trading. Website : https : //www.bitstamp.net/ Contact details : XXXX XXXX There were several successful transactions before XXXX XX/XX/2023. Since XXXX XX/XX/2023 my USD XXXX XXXX has not been released or allocated to my Bitstamp XXXX XXXX account. I have followed up with support since I saw my funds not clearing in my account, but they kept on indicating that it takes 3 - 5 business days to clear. ( In the past the funds cleared the same day, always ). After 5 business days, I kept on following up and they did not have an answer for this, just kept on saying they were investigating the matter. ( Ticket number : XXXX ) Then my ticket was referred to complaints. Eventually, complaints confirmed that it is their normal XXXX policy and they can not divulge any further information. This has been the answer for the past 2 weeks now. When I follow up now, there is no answer and my money is nowhere to be found. The support and Complaints department is keeping quiet and I fear the worst now. Please assist me with this. Hi, i was scammed by a XXXX XXXX supposedly living in XXXX XXXX, yes she was real i XXXX her to make sure of that before i started investing with her. Now in actuality it didn't seem like i was investing my money with her. She introduced me to an app that if you look up is a legit app called XXXX. The app is a real legit app, but the link she sent me was to an app that looked just like it. So that app i was actually on was a fraudulent app. It had customer service and everything. It was all quite a good scam. I ended up sending my money to my wallet in bitstamp and through that i would send it to the Wallet id in the app. You guys shut my account down and i have no access to it anymore! no reason was given for this either. I want my account reinstated so i can show you those transactions as well. This is totally illegal : not allowing me the proof I need to reveal transactions that show the carelessness of the bitstamp company.

I have an open account with Bitstamp.net and went thru their verification process in XXXX and was approved-I performed several transactions in XXXX but on XXXX XXXX, i tried to deposit more funds and the website said deposits are not available. I contacted them several times to no avail. When i tried to withdraw funds, I received the same message. For over a week, I have been calling and sending emails daily to no avail. As they have a corp address in NY, i filed a complaint with the Dept of Banking in NY and today was referred to this site

I deposited {$52000.00} into bitstamp with the intent of purchasing crypto currency. I submitted their verification on XX/XX/14 and since then my account funds have been locked. I can not buy crypto currency nor can I withdraw my funds. I have done nothing beyond depositing the funds and proceeding with their verification. It has been over a month that this has been going on and I need my funds back. Thank you.
