XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Va XXXX XXXX Issue : Seeking a refund from Bitexpress which held XXXX I deposited on XX/XX/XXXX. This is their process for first time users to protect against fraud as well as simply being a first time user. Timeline : XX/XX/XXXX deposited XXXX as instructed from XXXX XXXX to buy a vehicle. Bitexpress allows bitcoin purchase. They hold money for first time users of their machine to evaluate if a Fraud is detected, which I had no problem with of course. I talked to a person only 1 time via the phone number that is text only XXXX XXXX XXXX which she said I will be refunded the money ... never told me when. Since then I call and call and the XXXX subscriber voice mail keeps saying no one is available I have since then text since the XXXX XXXX XXXX is text only from Bitexpress XX/XX/XXXX sent my first text ... response ... we will call you shortly which 1.5hrs later after I text again a lady called XX/XX/XXXX I Text again twice ... response is Our team is working on your refund as quickly as possible. You will be notified through text once the check is sent out ... .I asked for a call back and no further response XX/XX/XXXX sent another Text asking why have no one responded ... .No response XX/XX/XXXX same thing XX/XX/XXXX same thing XX/XX/XXXX ... I get a Text ... Terribly sorry for the delay. The refund is already in process and you will receive a text message from us once it is sent out. XX/XX/XXXX I text asking if it has been sent out yet ... .no response XX/XX/XXXX I text asking if it has been sent out ... no response XX/XX/XXXX same thing I have my receipts from my Bank withdrawing the Money as well as the receipt from BitExpress
