On multiple occasions Bison collections sent threatening calls to me regarding service date XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX i received a call from this company with XXXX agents on the line requesting for payment. I advised that I am unaware of these service dates. The agents continued to bully me on the line. They referenced that they can see my credit score, mortgage payments, and paid off student loans for my children. I continued to state that i am unaware of the service dates and would like a verification of validation. Another agent then told me that " I could be sitting on a lottery ticket and when can you begin to make payment. '' I was shocked and very bothered by this and was n't able to get a word in edge wise. I advised them of my XXXX XXXX and my XXXX started to affect me during the call. Another agent contacted me within hours and again requested for payment. I asked again for a verification of validation letter and he stated he could request but there was no guarantee and again insisted i make payment or they would sent the claim to their lawyer. I then asked if the agency could contact my insurance company at the time of service on conference call. The insurance agency stated they did not have a service date for my self or anyone in my family got the dates of service provided. ( This was a conference call with Bison Collections, XXXX ( insurance ), my daughter ( witness ) and myself. I then asked the representative at Bison to contact the doctor of which they stated the service was sent to collections and at first the Bison representative refused and stated it would be a conflict of interest. The agent then agreed to call the medical provider via conference call. The medical provider stated they would have to go through their archives but they did not see anything for the date of service XXXX/XXXX/XXXX nor XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, but would research. ( these calls were made on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ) This call lasted about 4/5 hours. This collection agency is requesting round {$2800.00} for XXXX service date of which the medical provider nor the insurance company can seem to find. Bison Collections have yet to send any statements as well. I even request for certified mail to serve as proof of receipt. I am not aware of this bill and have yet to receive any statement nor verification of validation letters. As last week i continue to receive calls from this company requesting payment and i continue to request for statements. Today I tried calling the collection CO, and the representative refused to tell me who he was, or where they were located, until i provided my name and SSN, I then hung up.

I have received several calls from XXXX with BRG. She informed me that it was for my XXXX XXXX account. As the call started she was very rude, she then began to harass me and ask " why have n't you made any payments, I mean you have n't paid in MONTHS '' in a very demeaning tone. I then ended the call. She then called my work phone and tried to get a response from me while I was at work. I called back and informed them that they have no business calling my work. She then called a friend who was a reference on the loan but in the voicemail she stated that it was an attempt to collect a debt which they are not legally supposed to disclose. After that she then called my sisters, husbands parents in which I do n't even know so they called my sister and told her that I am being sued and this lady XXXX keeps leaving voicemails stating that it is pre-legal and attempt to collect debt. Once again breaking the law disclosing personal information to people I do n't even know. I then got a call from her supervisor XXXX who wanted to follow up on a phone call that XXXX had with me. He was just as rude and said some people get loans and never intend on paying them. Most people will do good and pay their stuff but some do n't. I informed him of the calls that XXXX had been making and informed him I was waiting on hearing back from a lawyer as I read up on my rights. I informed him that XXXX was very rude, he then replied we are n't in customer service we are debt collectors we are n't here to baby people. So I ended the call and have not heard from them since.

Received three mailings from XXXX, The XXXX XXXX XXXX at the end of XX/XX/XXXX. One stating account is delinquent, one with a Final Settlement Offer and one a statement copy. Account number XXXX. Called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX. I advised that I had never had an account with XXXX. She asked for the last four of my SSN and confirmed that I am not the person they are looking for.
Received another mailing dated XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX Administrative Offices, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX Credit Card account. Called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX. He could n't find any record. Sounded clueless.
Two phone calls now, one on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX, voice mail stating I needed to call. I did n't. Another call today and my XXXX year old mom answered. Rude gentleman stating I needed to call. Claims he is from some Recovery service. Same number XXXX.
I do n't owe XXXX anything. I 've never even set foot in a XXXX store.
I want whoever this is to stop calling and harassing me.
The calls upset my mom.

This company has called me multiple times. Today, specifically, they asked to speak to XXXX XXXX. I asked who was speaking. The lady on the line said XXXX. I said, " Ok XXXX, where are you calling from? '' She says, " BRG ''. I said, " What is BRG? '' She said, " Is this XXXX XXXX? '' I said, " What is BRG ''? She then says, " Is this how this conversation is going to go? '' I said, " What is BRG? '' She then says, " I am not allowed to disclose personal information '' To that, I reply, " Telling me what BRG is, is not giving out personal information ''. She then says, " I 'll call back later ''. This is not the first time they have refused to tell me what BRG is. Their called ID is very sketchy and says " Unbound '' followed by 5 or 6 numbers. I have never heard of BRG and have no idea why they are calling but I do n't want to even attempt to find out why they are calling if they are n't even willing to identify the company and what it is.

Keep receiving numerous calls from Bison Group - " wanting to ask questions regarding XXXX '' ( my son ). " What is your relationship to XXXX '', " What is the current mailing address for XXXX '', " Where does XXXX work '', when I refused to give any info gave me an attitude then said " I will contact another relative '' - then proceeded to call and leave messages with his dad, his sister at college, his girlfriends mother, his girlfriend -- guess these show up as possible relatives on a XXXX search/social media. Asked where girlfriend worked- all kind of crazy invasive questions. Wont stop calling all of these people who have nothing to do with XXXX financial life even if XXXX did have outstanding financial obligations to this company which he does not. Rude, deceptive people who are out to trick people

I have been receiving calls from these individuals with no written letter or information about the debt they say I owe. They have been calling my grandparents for months and have now moved on to calling my aunt too. It needs to stop. If this debt collector is real I need it in writing which I have not received. I received a text from my aunt stating they called on XXXX XXXX , 2017 around XXXX . They also tried calling my grandparents again on XXXX XXXX , 2017 at exactly XXXX . So they call ed two third parties within minutes of each other.

XXXX XXXX of the Bison Group has called my cellphone incesstantly multiple times over the course of the last 3 weeks. Today, I was notified by my sister that he has begun to call her phone numerous times attempting to reach me. She is not responsible for me and should not be contacted for any reason. I am unsure as to what he told her but she told me that he sounded serious. This leaves me to assume information may have been disclosed that should not have been.

RE : The Bison Recovery Group, caller id:XXXX. number left : XXXX They have made frequent and repeated calls 3 or 4 times a day.
They have called multiple times before XXXX and after XXXX.
They have call relatives at XXXX or XXXX asking for me, discussing the collection and threatening.
When I told them to stop contacting me and my family, they continued harassing us. They used obscene, profane, and other abusive language.

This company ( Bison Recovery ) has called me several times in regards to a debit in my sons name. I told them I do not have any knowledge about where he is or what his current number was. I asked to be removed from their call list. They also contacted my wife and she has told them the same thing. I have had to do this 3 times now and the person on the other line has been rude and derogatory.
