On XX/XX/2021 Biltmore Asset Management, LLC, DBA Complete Verification contacted a third party trying to verify my identity. This collection agency deceitfully acted as employment verification entity to receive information on me. The front desk receptionist DID NOT verify my date of birth nor the last 4 of my SSN as requested by the agent of Biltmore. I called ( XXXX ) XXXX and reached Biltmore Asset Management, LLC which is classified as a collection agency. The representative advised me that she could not address any information regarding the account. Due to this I request that Biltmore Asset Management, LLC and any other Name entity that they may use to do business -- cease all attempts to try to reach me or contact any third party that may represent my interest. This includes but not limited to employer, personal cell, mail, email, company phone. Do not contact me. The company that is requesting information can reach me by US MAIL only.

Biltmore has supplied erroneous information to an unidentified client of theirs. Biltmore is a collection agency operating under the premise of an employment verification company. In another complaint filed with the consumer financial Biltmore has admitted to supplying information to a client that they has not fully been vetted as accurate information. As a victim of identify theft this will further harm my identity and credit worthiness. Biltmore is acting outside of the laws of FCRA by reporting wrong information or information that has not been properly verified

I received two phone calls from family members on XX/XX/2019 around XXXX EST to tell me that a " XXXX '' from " Biltmore Asset Management '' had contacted them about me. I have no knowledge of this person or company and if I do have a debt with them, they need to be contacting me and not family members. That is harassment.

Company is trying to get employee information but refuses to tell us who their client is. They are unprofessional and really quite creepy. I would hope that anyone who gives out their employees information to these people gets sued, and their immoral business practices should be shut down
