Back in XX/XX/2022 I reached out after receiving a mail brochure to help get assistance with my mortgage due to extenuating changes in my financial situation preventing me from being able to pay my mortgage. The company had me sign documents one very specifically stating there will be no further charges past a set {$6200.00}. After several delays on their part causing this to drag one way into 6 months the total payments sent to them in excess of over {$12000.00}. I ended up having to resolve the issue directly with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX because the company was unresponsive to them and submitted paper work with no contact information. Throughout this entire process they ignored my emails and voicemails. If I finally got someone on the phone I asked to speak to management and was flat out denied or they would say someone would call me right back and it never happened. In addition to everything their false promises of reducing my mortgage actually put me in a position where I now have a lean against my home and my mortgage payment has gone UP by {$57.00}. I fully believe I should get back every cent I paid this horrible company as they did not honor a single commitment that was made, if this is not a possibility this company needs to be held accountable to pay back the additional {$6200.00} that was paid to them as their representative told me I have to keep submitting payments until the issue is closed out. The office of the comptroller of the Currency requested I file a complaint with you. My case number with them is available should you require it. So I got XXXX XXXX XXXX to help me with a loan modification. It was great from the start because they seem helpful, but after paying them for the 3 months they asked me to, nothing happened. I have called them and emailed them and nothing. I got no reply from any of the emails and all the phone calls I made has gone straight to voicemail. Ive sent them 3 money orders in the amount of {$1300.00}. They say they email me but I havent seen anything for months. They said they left voicemails but I havent gotten any. Now Ive received a letter Notice of Trustees Sale and called the XXXX number on the back and talk to someone and he gave me the site so I can complain about what happened.

We started a loan modification with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX We will post to make three payments for XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX of {$1500.00} and send it to them and they will send it to the mortgage company. I looked into my mortgage company and saw that they never sent the money to them. I received a letter from HUD home, saying that we can start tenancy with them like they bought the house, so we were scammed from XXXX XXXX XXXX of {$4500.00}
