Loan opened XX/XX/2019 with Best Loan XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Ok XXXX. First payment due onXX/XX/19k I made first payment on XX/XX/XXXX. The manager name XXXX XXXX and workers in office XXXX said one day after due date you are considered 30 days late. I explain this is not correct. reporting with XXXX. I advised and 30 days late means 30 days past due date. After 2 months Manger XXXX said she would correct they have had changes in who sends reports to credit bureau. I explained this error dropped my credit score 100 points. She apologized, but avoided correcting and my calls she works out of this office, the loan office agents weren't helpful either. I filled a credit bureau dispute and got that corrected in XXXX. I paid this loan off on XX/XX/2019. They report monthly at the last day of month. Error again they reported XX/XX/2019 I owed {$640.00}. When I went in to pay the manager on duty was very rude, states I had called there office bothering them daily for my own error of paying late. I was profession for 5 1/2 trying to get them to correct there error. They state there company was bought but refused to give me new company owner 's name or contract number. If you are reporting a credit bureau you are required follow procedure. They need to be reported. Please take action for mishandling of my credit reporting and delays. ^

After submitting bad review over the customer service I received there was an open line of credit added to my account and then one of the employees attacked me under my review online .
