I first purchased the XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of XXXX, and I have made my monthly installments on time for the last two years. In XXXX of this year, XXXX, I made a partial payment and it sent my account into delinquency which led to the company, Best in Funding suspending my account, and preventing me from accessing the payment portal to make a payment to bring my account back to current status. I called them to attempt to rectify this issue on XX/XX/XXXX, and the Account Manager, XXXX began to over talk me, interrupt me and assert how my phone call was not important and hung the call up while I was still on the phone. I attempted to call back to address making a payment, and the same woman, XXXX would answer my call and hang up repeatedly. She disconnected my call 12 times according to my phone log. I was finally able to call back approximately 30 minutes later but was still met with the most unprofessional customer service, making me feel inferior, and discriminated against for missing one payment in my two year history with the company. I was finally sent a link to make the payment, but unfortunately the link did not work. I called back again to try and make the payment, of which I was hung up on again after being told a new link would be sent.
