I have been a customer of Best Capital Funding since the purchase of my condo in XXXX of XXXX. My monthly payment that I agreed to at closing was to be {$760.00} per month. Shortly after, in my XX/XX/XXXX statement, Best Capital hit me with Hazard insurance and the amount due went from {$760.00} to {$2.00}, XXXX. Despite my 3 attempts to send them my hazard insurance policy via their email they claimed not to have it until the 4th attempt. Once confirmed by Best Capital that they received my copy of my policy, they agreed to refund me their hazard insurance charge back to my escrow. It took them months to do this and in the meantime, they still wanted me to cover the cost of their hazard insurance charge. I refused and continued to pay my regular amount due of {$760.00}. Since then my account has only gotten worse. They have hit me several times with more insurance charges and I sent them documentation to show I was already paying out of pocket for my own. They hit me with property taxes even though I was paying out of pocket for those. We had dozens of emails and phone calls back and forth ( see attached copies ) but the entire time they have ignored my request to bring my account back to original status, instead trying to confuse me with a bunch of escrow errors on their part.
Recently, I applied for another mortgage with a different company for a 2nd home and was denied a loan due to a low credit score. I requested copies of my XXXX credit reports and to my surprise, Best Capital Funding has been reporting me delinquent every single month despite that I am making all of my payments on time.
I have reach my limit ( its been over a year of them not correcting my account ) with trying to explain what they have done wrong with my escrow account. I need help and hope that you can have someone look into this with me. Im not sure if there are more resource out there for me to use to try to get my account audited so that they are forced to make the adjustments and stop trying to collect monies for insurance and taxes that I do not owe them. My account needs to be resolved, they have destroyed my credit. Please help!

Were to start ... well I have already file a complaint because Best Capital Funding did not cancel the purchase of a property on time it took them 4 months to cancel this. Even though XXXX had promised me that he was going to work with me to unwind the purchase and do it right he never did. Her never follow up to let me know how things were going. When I realize they were not trying to do anything I contacted XXXX XXXX the XXXX of the company. He was very rude and told me that he didnt care what XXXX and XXXX XXXX his agent had promise me that the only thing he could do at the moment was to payoff of the loan. Which was done after all the pressure I put and after receiving the complaint from the credit bureau. I took the Settlement that they offer, but first they were requesting for me to remove the complaint that I had file and to sign a Release of Claims document. XXXX XXXX another agent of Best Capital funding had email me with that request and had mention that I would receive the copy of the reconveyance from XXXX which might take 21 days but he was trying to rush it and I have not receive anything until this day. That email he sent me with that information was on XX/XX/2020. I thought that everything was fix, but according to the county of XXXX my name is still not removed from them properly since they have not file this document and the title company has not received it. I been emailing and calling Best Capital Funding since XX/XX/2020so that they can provide me with the full reconveyance and the prof of the how they paid of the loan I have not heard back from them. Today XX/XX/2020 I call the XXXX XXXX XXXX and he said that he was going to email XXXX that he couldnt provide me with the prof of the payoff and he hung up the phone. He was very rude. This situation is unethical, stressful and draining. I dont understand why they make it so hard.

I had a mortgage loan with Best Capital Funding ( BCF ) XXXX. Loan amount {$170000.00} I did not receive my mortgage statement for XXXX, nor I received any correspondence from BCF regarding to my loan. I contacted BCF twice on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX via BCF online secured message. They replied to me today XX/XX/XXXX that they sold my loan on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not receive any notification regarding the transfer of my loan. Therefore, I'd like to file a complaint on Best Cap Funding for not notifying homeowner when their loan being sold to another mortgage company.
