I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX and they sold me a car that supposedly was part of a special program that they offer. They told me not to worry about the payment amount and hat the car would have negative equity. that the a was like a loaner car to help us reestablish our credit. we paid for a year and we went back they said that the program that I was talking about does not exist and that the finance manager that helped us is no longer there. If I wanted to trade the vehicle I would have to ay {$6000.00}. we left I called the finance company telling that what had happened and they said sorry so I told them that I do not want he car and for them to come pick it up. 2 months past and on XXXX XXXX I checked my personal bank account the finance company Auto acceptance in XXXX OR took XXXX unauthorized payment form my account. The reason why they have my account information is because I made a one time debit cad payment 3 months ago. They were never authorized to keep my bank information and I never signed anything stating for them to keep my bank information on file. I also checked the car contract and there is nothing stating that they can do anything like what they did and what they did is raud and stole money from me

On XX/XX/18 I was shopping for a new car. I ended up at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX oregon. I found a truck that I was interested in but had a large scratch on the tailgate and was missing a headrest. I gave XXXX ( salesperson ) my number and told her to let me know if they could repair the scratch and replace the missing headrest and was in my way to look at more trucks. XXXX called me about 15 minutes later stating that her manger approved the minor repairs if I come back to buy it. I returned to the dealer and started the process to purchase the vehicle. After running my credit XXXX informs me that they will not be making any repairs and it is what it is. I told her that was not the agreement and she just shrugged. After getting a manager I was told the same thing we never agreed to that. I cancelled the transaction and will never work with XXXX XXXX again but they have still pulled my credit ( probably several times as most car dealers do ) negatively affecting my score.
