XX/XX/XXXX submit support ticket on womply website XX/XX/XXXX update my bank information on womply using plaid instant verification process XX/XX/XXXX receive automated no reply email stating that I hope I am enjoying my funds.
XX/XX/XXXX I submit second ticket XX/XX/XXXX I attempt call to Benworth phone line is shut off with no service XX/XX/XXXX send email to Benworth XXXX go on vacation in XXXX XXXX attempt XXXX make contact at Benworth Capital LLC office in XXXX Florida during my vacation ( my hotel was 15 mins from Benworth office so I figured why not while I was there ) No answer and office door locked.
Attempt multiple calls to lender office XXXX call SBA but SBA states can not assist XXXX file complaint with sbaOIG XXXX send numerous emails to both womply support to multiple email address that have been provided or used by automated response emails.
I call each no response due to any response I receive is a generic automated response that doesn't specifically answer my email but gives general information on the application process and FAQs.
XXXX also during this time I made numerous well over 100 call attempts to Benworth Capital LLC none of which received anything more than an odd busy tone.
XX/XX/XXXX received email stating my funding failed to update my bank information. ( 1 month after deposit was returned ) XX/XX/XXXX update my bank information again XXXX send multiple emails and attempt multiple calls to XXXX.
XX/XX/XXXX confirm new bank information and begin awaiting a second deposit attempt.
Fast forward to today still waiting for my PPP loan. That was supposed to be deposited back on XX/XX/XXXX. Since my funding failed in XXXX I've received no communication from Benworth. I've attempted in every way possible to make contact however to this day I have yet to receive any response. Benworth the reported the loan as disbursed to the SBA and the only reasoning I can think is to fraudulently obtain the PPP distribution fee lenders receive. There is really so much more to this story and what I have told you here is only the basics I have have done extensive research on the company and it's operation and as to the dilemma with my PPP loan however it's too much to list. I wanted to get the basics out to get this started and then would be happy to provide the full details as there really so much more I've went through attempting to correct this situation. It's gone beyond the measure of just bad customer service to the point I question it's legality.

My name is XXXX XXXX, I am XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I applied and received funding from SBA/PPP Loan Advance, Benworth Capital Partners is the Lender. The funds were supposed to be deposited in the my checking accounted on XX/XX/2021. Ad of today Tuesday XX/XX/2021, funds have still not arrived.
I scheduled and met with various Bank Associates of XXXX XXXX XXXX, they continue to tell me that the Lender did not release the funds. I applied to another lender for a small loan XXXX XXXX and the loan amount was deposited into my account in 2 days. I have not collateral other the my SBA Loan Number, and was given a small loan at a very high interest.
I have been funded since XX/XX/2021 when I received my PN with a loan number. I even contact Ms. XXXX of the SBA and she advised me to open up a XXXX Bank Account ( although the lenders did not make this a requirement ) which I did. I am still having a problem with the funds being deposited.
I am not getting a straight answer from anyone, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and Benworth Capital LLC. I am about to loose my banking privilege 's because money has not been deposited to cover over draft fees and has been in a negative for over 30 days, I was told by XXXX at XXXX personal checking the my account would be closed today if money was not deposited. I am flat broke, I have been awaiting a deposit since XX/XX/2021. I have all the documentation that is need verifying that the funds were transferred I have waited past the required time set by the lenders and the receiving bank.
As of today Tuesday, XX/XX/2021, I am still waiting. Please help me resolve this is and prevent me from loosing my bank account and my business.

I applied for Ppp loan on XX/XX/XXXX I was SBA approved on XXXX. XXXX ( lender ) sent PromNote via XXXX on XXXX but I wasnt able to sign until XX/XX/XXXX. I sent several requests between XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX and XXXX but only received automatic response. They dont have live person connections at this time. On XX/XX/XXXX I was in XXXX XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX I was back to resubmission. I called SBA, emailed XXXX XXXX XXXX over 20 times with no response. I then received a document stating I submitted another 1 & 2nd draw on XX/XX/XXXX for {$41000.00} but XXXX had me sign and initial more documents for {$20000.00}. Finally SBA reached out to XXXX they stated I had a ACH issue I re entered my banking and then they stated that I had to identify myself again. Now XXXX have my status lender submitted to SBA I was told that wasnt true and XXXX stated time ran out SBA advised them to withdraw all unapproved applications. Im very confused and upset that I missed out on a chance to regain my business and finances. I was treated unfairly and now Im out of luck and there are people without a business that received both loans and got their bodies done. Im not going to express the stress and hopelessness that Im going through but I know this should be heard. Im listed as XXXX XXXXoan approved but I was never funded and told its too late. I fee its a problem when some of my clients got loans and I am unaware of any business they ever had. This isnt fair and no one care.

On XXXX XXXX I applied for the PPP loan for the 1st time ever via XXXX. On XXXX XXXX I received a notification the I could not apply for the 1st draft loan because I had already received it. I thought this may be an error and I waited a few days to see if it would clear up on its own. After a few days the processing portal still showed that I received the loan for the 1st draft even thought I had never received it. I immediately called the SBA who is the government agency that provides the funding for the PPP loan. I explained to them exactly what was going on and I also provided them with the loan number that shows it was funded to me. After giving the loan number I was told that SBA could not provide any further information other than the loan was funded. I was told to contact the Attorney General Office and to speak to someone at XXXX. I have called XXXX and emailed and still have not received any type of communication back. Today I logged into my XXXX account and it now says the under of the 1st PPP loan was a company called Benworth. I called Benworth and after waiting over 2 hours to speak with a representative I was told to email my concerns and then the representative hung up on me. He did not take the loan number or any of my information. I have tried to contact Benworth numerous times and have had no luck in this matter.

I applied for a XXXX XXXX through XXXX, and this was the funding company that they provided to fund my loan. I have been attempting to sign my loan documents for a couple of days now with no luck. The problem was with the authentication method, and I just needed to be sent a new way to authenticate. I was instructed through the docusign system to contact the lender which I have tried over 12x through the 2 emails provided on their website. My emails are coming back as undelivered. I tried to call them several times and the numbers are all giving busy signals. I wrote them on XXXX thinking that would be a faster line of communication and they have an automated response. I went to their reviews on XXXX and A LOT of ppl are having the same problem as me but for a longer period of time. And never receiving their funding but their status being : FUNDED and they havent been, And their communication isnt there! Im confused and I dont want to be a victim of any type of scam when I really need this money for my business! I have payroll coming up and this was the whole reason for applying! Im just needing some clarity, on what I need to do and to speak with someone in their office to walk me through getting my funding and not having weeks of misunderstandings and no funding, when its stated that Im almost funded. Please help!

Hello. My discrepancy is with XXXX 's XXXX XXXX program. Earlier this year, I used their services and received several emails requesting new business. I referred an individual, whose loan was approved, within their time frame, with a {$150.00} referral link. I have reached out many times to XXXX 's Support Team, Payout Team, Customer Service by telephone, etc., only to receive automated emails. In my XXXX 's XXXX XXXX, I have met the identity criteria, added my bank information and it is noted as approved. When I click on the dollar amount, it shows my referral approved date as XX/XX/2021, along with " in review. '' Further, XXXX 's terms note that the payout is made 30 days after approved, the XXXX of the following month. The Referral Payout amount has never been deposited to my bank account and seeking a resolution with them has been ineffective and exhausting. Therefore, I am requesting assistance to receive the Referral Payout Reward, as they promised.
On XX/XX/2021, XXXX sent this email to me : Hello, Congratulations! Your XXXX XXXX application has been approved. Continue to watch your inbox for payment status.

I applied for a PPP Loan through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received the paperwork to sign for the loan. On XX/XX/XXXX Benworth said they officially funded the loan and sent the funds to my bank account. According to the info I can find, I should have received it by now if they already sent it. The issue is that I haven't, and Benworth has NO way of contacting them. I've tried to contact them over the course of the last 8 days with questions in regards to the process, and they say they'll respond within 2 business days however, I haven't received a response not once.
Their phone numbers all say the line is busy and you can't get through. I got a phone number and an email from the XXXX themselves and no response. They already have my information, the XXXX says they already dispersed the loan to Benworth which makes me officially on the hook for it, but Benworth has not sent it and, again, I have no way of contacting them. Which means that if I can't contact them, ppl who have mortgage loans/etc can't contact them either which creates a HUGE problem. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I filed a previous complaint against Benworth for lying about the funds being deposited in my account. Also, anyone can publicly view their nasty, unprofessional, mocking response on this website where they lied and said the funds are already in my account. They also appeared to be making fun of me. I created an account with XXXX and what you see in the screenshot is proof that Benworth lied to the CFPB and did not disperse the funds in my account because the XXXX clearly states that the funds have not been dispersed. I stand by my original statement that they lied about depositing the funds into my account. I authorized a different agency ( that Benworth might think twice about getting snippy with ) to thoroughly research my information that I turned in to XXXX because I have nothing to hide. It still says " Borrower Funded '' on the website but there are no funds. I imagine, based on their behavior on XXXX, that Benworth will try some sort of retaliation tactic.

XXXX was used to get a ppp loan they use Benworth to fund. I was approved by the SBA and Benworth funded me the {$2500.00} dollars but XXXX XXXX sent back to benworth on XX/XX/XXXX th. Benworth has refused to help me only stating that I was funded. I have XXXX XXXX email stating they rejected it. Now theres no way of contacting XXXX or benworth and somewhere sits my bussiness money. That was for draw 1. now today Benworth just denied my draw 2 for reasons being I filed with XXXX most likely. So Benworth loans is not releasing my money and as a single father and triying to keep my bussiness going for me and my little boy Benworth has myself and thousands other not receiving there entitled monies. I have added 4 banks to XXXX website for Benworth to send loan to and yet no answers. I applied for PPP through XXXX for my business XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX. I was approved for the amount XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I had my deposit going into my XXXX account and they rejected the payment XXXX. So I had to re-submit my bank info XX/XX/XXXX and it verified XXXX. They ( Benworth ) said my payment was sent out again and accepted by my new bank info on XXXX. But I have yet to receive anything. I have contacted my bank and they asked me for a trace id number. I contacted Benworth Capital llc again and they refused to give it to me. Said they didn't have that information. Since then I have been calling and sending emails, no one will respond. I am aware there is a time frame and the systems are busy. But it has been past that time frame and I feel that they are neglecting me at this point and have breached this contract

I applied for first and second draw PPP loans with XXXX and it was sent and approved by the SBA, and Benworth Capital was the lender. It said that Benworth funded my account. They lied! They never sent the money to my account and I know they are going to start making withdrawals from my account after the deferral period. I signed a promissory note and it's been almost a week and still no money. I can prove it with a certified statement from my bank that they never funded the account. I tried calling Benworth and the line is always busy. I tried emailing them and the email was undeliverable, so that means it's a fake email address. I tried contacting XXXX and the page won't load.

The company XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Florida responded only to refinances in complaint # XXXX. This was not a refinance it was a purchase. Not only did they refuse to respond to anyone regarding the question at hand. They also tried to overcharge the client with a closing fee of {$950.00} and attorney fee of {$450.00} and a doc prep fee of {$450.00}.
I would like to know when someone in our government is going to do something about the affiliation of Real Estate Offices and Mortgage Companies with Title Companies and or Attorneys. It is ridiculous on how this can continue on. It actually does no justice for the consumer at all.

2017 and previous. The private lenders are insisting that the buyer uses their title company in order to close the file. This is not the first time this has happened. Is there not a ruling against this.
They then say if they do not close with the certain title company the buyer can not get the loan ( sometimes )

I contacted them via their website. Someone emailed me back and said they would get back to me, but no one never did. I then sent a fraud report letter to the company 65 days ago, and still no one has contacted me. I did not take out this PPP loan. It's fraud.
