My conventional mortgage is through West Michigan private Capital fund. I fell behind because of the coronavirus and was unable to collect unemployment or any stimulus money. During the 2021 calendar year I paid close to {$13000.00} in mortgage payments where my note is only supposed to be {$760.00} per month to include taxes and insurance. As of XXXX the CFO of West Michigan private Capital fund stated that I am still a couple thousand dollars in rear edge on my mortgage. I do not know how this could be. I have asked for statements and I have not received any the only thing I have ever received from this company is default notice. I do not know how to even get any more information on this mortgage because the mortgage company spins me in circles.

XXXX called me and want me to pay full amount or will dispute at court for the company called XXXX. I called XXXX they said I dont have an account with them. XXXX have all information like SS, address, bank account ( which I dont have anymore ). They claim I took a loan from XXXX since 2018
