This is a complaint against the following companies : Loan Originator : XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX Debt Collector who purchased the original loan from the Loan Originator : BCG Equities , LLC, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI, XXXX Collection Agency acting on behalf of the above Debt Collector : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MO XXXX Summary of Complaint : This loan was taken out in XX/XX/XXXX in the state of Wisconsin. I settled the original amount but they tried to collect an additional amount of {$4400.00} ( in interest at an extremely exorbitant rate exceeding 400 % ). The " collection '' was sold to BCG Equities and they attempted to collect it in XXXX by harassing me with multiple letters, e-mail and phone calls. It is important to note that they were attempting to collect on this loan past the 6 year statute of limitations for the state of Wisconsin. I sent them multiple cease and desist letters.In retialition, they added a collection account to my credit report which I disputed with all the credit agencies and successfully removed. Their collection letters noted that this debt was outside the statute of limitations yet they were continuing to harass me. It is now XX/XX/XXXX, and they have hired a Collection Agency to act on their behalf to collect this same " debt '', by sending me e-mails and calling me on a regular basis requesting payment. I have just sent another of several cease and desist letters to both Collection Agencies noted above.

On XX/XX/2020 i received a letter from my employer " The State of Arizona '' of a Non Exempt Earnings Statement ( Judgement not for support ). this letter stated I have had my wages garnished without proper notification. I never received a letter from the court nor the law offices of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I only found out about the garnishment from The Arizona Department of Administration stating my wages where being garnished. Subsequently i am enrolled through a debt counseling agency whos managing my payments to creditors to help me get back on track with my debt to move on with my life. This garnishment is causing me to fall into ECONOMIC HARDSHIP. I cant afford to buy my prescription medication, I cant afford to see a Dr. Or pay my rent on time. I cant even afford to put gas in my car or keep up with my other bills, after the garnishment I am only bringing home about {$610.00} bi weekly. I have been late on my rent, i cant afford to buy groceries or buy food because of this garnishment. I cant apply for government assistance because I work for the government assistance agency also known as Arizona Department of Economic Security. FAA agents do not qualify for SNAP or Medical benefits. I called XX/XX/2020 at XXXX XXXX to discus why I was ambushed like this. Also BGC Equities LLC & associates have been known for misleading consumers in debt collection practices thus a class action lawsuit was filed against the corporations In Wisconsin. I payed of an auto debt on XX/XX/XXXX. Before that XXXX XXXX XXXX who was hired by BCG Equities LLC threatened to garnish my wages and even reached out to my employer on several occasions. I tried negotiating with XXXX and between them being rude and yelling at me it was not getting anywhere. Since I paid the debt off in XXXX I have been trying to retrieve the title to the XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX lXXXX XXXX would not give me any information on how to retrieve the title and by mid XXXX I had found out about BCG Equities and was able to find there contact number. Since XXXX I have called them every other week looking for my title and they kept telling me that they were processing it and should be soon at getting it. Yesterday I got a court document in the mail that released the lean from the car signed by the judge, but still no title. I called BCG Equities today and they said that is the best they could do and they did not know where the title was at and that I needed to go to the DMV to file for a lost title when I was not the one that lost it mind you. I explained to him that I would have to pay extra money for this and that I had already paid them for the tags, title, taxes, his response was that's the best I can do. They went in front of a judge trying to get money back on a car that they did not even have documents for, I do not understand how this is legal for them to do this to consumers.

Just received notification that I was sued by this company, or actually it's a debt buyer that just happens to be owned by a law firm that also sues for other debt buyers, or so I was told. I literally found this out after receiving an unsolicited letter from a bankruptcy attorney. Case number is XXXX I'm on social security XXXX. Obviously with a limited income, there will be debt but they never notified me about this debt. If they did, I didn't hear from them. They just went ahead and filed a lawsuit. I know that's their business model, but I don't think suing someone who obviously doesn't have very much money without notifying them first is very ethical. They might think different, as they are attorneys.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a summons for civil suit from BCG Equities , LLC on behalf of their counsel Law Offices of XXXX XXXX in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Ohio. I was never notified of this debt that is from XX/XX/XXXX from BCG Equities LLC until receiving said notice to answer civil complaint for alleged money requested. I provided my answer to the complaint to both the court and the XXXX XXXX XXXX and it is awaiting trial. This is a direct violation of chapter 15 USC 1692g 809 ( a ).

ON XXXX BCQ EQUITIES LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX WI XXXX Filed a lawsuit in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, OH XXXX Room XXXX Case. XXXX XXXXXXXX against me for a XXXX XXXX XXXX debt allegation of {$17.00}, XXXX. I requested a copy of the original contract from them and all statements showing how this debt transpired from the date of origin to now and they have failed to do so and continues to harass me through the mail and various fake telephone numbers.

I RECEIVED A NOTICE FOR A SMALL CLAIMS JUDGEMENT, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY NOTICE FROM THIS COLLECTION AGENCY, I CALLED THEM TO TALK ABOUT THE DEBT, AND ASK TRIED TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN THAT WOULD STOP THE JUDGEMENT, BUT THEY WHERE UNWILLING TO WORK WITH ME EVEN THOUGH I WAS WILLING TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN ON THAT CALL. THEY SAID THAT THEY SENT A COUPLE OF LETTERS AND WENT RIGHT TO TRYING TO SUE.

I have some unknown addresses and accounts that are on my credit report. I have never done business with BCG EQUITIES LLC/ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . I was told to file a report with the FTC and XXXX police for this fraudulent account.
