A Alliance Collection AG is calling us on a daily basis harassing us to collect a debt. I was renting an apartment and wanted to leave the place two months prior to the lease end. I tried talking to the landlord that I am willing to give up my security deposit and was willing to help them find another lessee for them. According to the contract, we had to provide a notice two months prior to renewing the contract if we are not going to renew the lease, which we did. However, I did not want to live there anymore and wanted to leave the place. Landlord did not do much effort to find another lessee and therefore they sent the account to the collections. Since XXXX, 2018, the A Alliance Collection AG has been constantly calling and harassing us through phone calls. I tried negotiating with them several times but they were not willing to lower the amount. As a result, they call us multiple times on my wife 's cell number, my cell number and at our house phone demanding for the money. I have told them to stop calling us and limit the communication to mail only but they have ignored all of my requests. I am fed up of their constant daily harassment.

Alliance collection responded to my previous complaint saying that I disputed through an XXXX system. I have never disputed through an XXXX system and have no idea what an XXXX system is. I have called them because I received an email from the company saying to pay a balance owed which I dont owe them. I have also sent in dispute letters and they still havent removed it from my report. This company has never sent anything by mail to me explaining the debt and what it was for and my options to dispute if I find it invalid. They have wrongly entered it into my report without any explanation only an email about paying the balance and thats the reason I called in. I also told this company not to call me and that I was going to contact an attorney.

XXXX XXXX XXXX I HAVE NEVER EVER RESIDED, IN ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES, THIS IS CAUSING MAJOR, DAMAGE, I HAVE TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THEM, THEY HAVE SENT ME PAPER WORK, THAT IS NOT MY SIGNATURE, MY HOME WAS BROKEN INTO, IN XX/XX/2010, I lived in assisted living, XXXX charities, Building, my income was {$720.00} a month, I do not know location of said property I do not know address, This debt is fraud, I have explained that to them they stated the would take my XXXX checks, I am XXXX XXXX Veteran, in a XXXX XXXX suffering from XXXX, AND XXXX, PLEASE HELP, they call and say XXXX XXXX you owe us XXXX I told them do not call anymore, they told me they have the right to call for this debt

This is my third complaint through CFPB for this company that has been reporting information on my credit report without notifying me of the collection or giving me a right to dispute the debt before reporting to my credit report. Reporting a debt without notice or right to dispute is a violation of the FCRA. This company had continued to report even during multiple disputes which is also a violation since items can not be collected or reported during a dispute. Reporting an item is still an attempt to collect. There are so many violations and this account still had not been removed. This debtor also still had not proved that I owe this debt at all which I know I dont owe

XXXX XXXX XXXX has put {$1700.00} collection on my XXXX report I have sent 3 letters asking to verify debt letting them know Im unaware. They have not responded once asked XXXX to verify or remove on several occasion. They state that debt was verfied I ask how they did not provide answer. Last attemt I sent out was XX/XX/XXXX, to both parties XXXX XXXX came back an stated that debt was verfied on XX/XX/XXXX, How is that when I asked you the next month? Please help me to get this bogus debt removed from my XXXX file there the only agency reporting this.

Alliance collection agency has repeatedly responded to my previous complaints saying that I owe a debt that they have not verified. This is against the FDCP and the FCRA and needs to be removed immediately. I have attached to this complaint the full court document showing different amount being collected as well as evidence showing that it has been dismissed with prejudice. This will also be forwarded to the Credit Bureau for removal as well.

A .Alliance collection Agency is continued to damaged my credit report because they said I owe them money that I 'm not aware of. They are stopping me from getting a home loan because of this issue. I sent this company a debt validation letter and they fail to provided me any proof. it has been longer then 30 days I gave them to respond back to me but yet no response. I am a victim of identity fraud.

I have been sending letter to XXXX about requiring investigation in XXXX XXXX XXXX Ag XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX for over six months. They keep saying debt was verfied but when I reach out to XXXX XXXX I never hear back from them. XXXX I received an alert on my credit report on XX/XX/2021 regarding a debt of {$42.00} from A Alliance Collection that they placed on my report. I contacted them the same day to confirm the debt, and to send me a copy of the debt. As of today, I have yet to receive it, if the debt belongs to me I would like to resolve so they can updated my credit report.
