I purchased a home in XXXX XXXX, Florida in XXXX of this year. The mortgage lender has sold/transferred the the servicing of the loan to another company. My first payment and second payment were sent to the original mortgage company because the notice of service transfer was sent to the address of the home purchased instead of my current address in Virginia. The first payment was forwarded automatically to the new servicer. The second payment however was not. I have contacted the company several times and each time I am assured that the second payment was received by them and will be forwarded to the new servicer. As of today it has not posted to my account on the new servicers website. The payment in question was due on the first day of XXXX. That puts it almost three weeks late. Help, need some guidance here.
