1 ) XXXX XXXX has used Thug Like Measures - Demanding ( without Surety discussing with me ) Has aggressively asked my Surety Bond Company Cancel my bond for XXXX/XXXX license that had direct impact on XXXX XXXX License XXXX ; which I have had for nearly 4 years. Dated XXXX/XXXX/16 a. We have a written agreement XXXX/XXXX/16 ; XXXX & XXXX & XXXX Baxter Bailey with 4 payments ( two made already ).
b. Our Surety cancelled both bonds, I was under the impression since we had an agreement with BB that this would not impact the bonds.
c. Am reapplying for new bonds, IF I AM NOT ELIGIBLE or am denied I can be forced out of business that will impact XXXX-XXXX employees.
2 ) BAXTER BAILEY XXXX XXXX - Collections Associate and the company have multiple legal and complaints 3 ) XXXX XXXX Baxter Bailey VP Sales has placed a XXXX website posting on XXXX/XXXX/16 ( EMBARASHING and placing information out there that needs to be removed ).

Hello, we have been contacted by XXXX XXXX from Baxter Bailey & Associates out of XXXX, XXXX XXXX to be attorneys. Upon contact, they state they will file civil charges including defamation and harassment. When asking for paperwork for the client they represent, XXXX was unable to furnish proper paperwork confirming the legitimacy of their client. XXXX has on multiple occasions threatened legal suit and slander if we don't pay their client. However, their client breached our contract under " fraud '' for double brokering a load. XXXX has even spoken on behalf of their attorney XXXX XXXX, practicing out of TN and instructed us over the phone that XXXX had every right and authority to speak on behalf of their client and attorney without being barred himself. Baxter Bailey & Associates are representing fraudulent actors in motor carrier operations, threatening defamation and pretending to be attorneys.

this person attempted to collect an unpaid bill from XXXX of our vendors. during conversations, we made arrangements with the vendor directly. they accepted our arrangement and now we are being threatened and harassed everyday by this person. he is also calling our other vendors and harassing them. we have explained to him we have settled this with our vendor and they still are harassing us and our other vendors which is now disrupting our business.
