The account in question is correctly identified as an " installment loan. '' However, the accurate account type should be a " Credit Sale Agreement. '' I understand the importance of maintaining accurate and up-to-date credit information, as it significantly affects my creditworthiness. Discrepancies like this can have adverse effects on my financial standing, and I believe it is imperative to rectify this error promptly. I kindly request that you investigate and rectify the account type misclassification at your earliest convenience. The accurate reporting of the account type is crucial for the integrity and accuracy of my credit file. I brought my XXXX XXXX XXXX mother a XXXX. We had everything set put for the payments to come from her bank account. The financial manager fired the lady who was taking the payments out every month. Payments due every two weeks. So they waited 6 weeks to notify me that the payments were late on the XXXX. This is when I got news about the Payments stop coming from the bank. It got so bad that I had to go get the car on XXXX request for a deferred period of payments until I got back on my feet due to the economy being bad for over 3 years now. After I got the XXXX back I was denied that deferred over a 8 Month period. My daughter caught the payments up to just one month if her payment wasn't denied. The financial manager XXXX XXXX stated that she would not accept any more partial payments. I was not going to the end of the year owning her money. I stated to her that I have not caught with my payments yet I have not fallen behind on any of my payments. She stated that I need to give her my bank statements, receipts for everyone I owe money to. Plus she needs my paystub also. She stated to me that I have to prove to her that I been hurting financially.

XX/XX/2022 asked for a signed contract from all parties ( myself, the car dealership, and finance company ) they would not provide that contract to me after numerous calls, emails, and certified mail.
