This notice is in reference to the correspondence I received from BHG XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX, in which an adverse action was committed against me and I have been discriminated against. Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act any adverse action against a consumer and natural living man is against the law. Pursuant to 15 USC 1691, it is unlawful for any creditor to discriminate against any applicant, with respect to any aspect of a consumer credit transaction when I have in good faith extended my credit to obtain an BHG credit card and now I am exercising my right under the aforementioned Title and Section. Under The Color Of Law, said adverse action is deprivation of my rights, discrimination and is a violation of the following but not limited to ; 15 U.S.C. 78j, 15 U.S.C. 78ff, 15 U.S.C. 1691 ( a ) ( 3 ), 18 U.S.C. 241, 18 U.S.C. 242 and the Consumer Credit Protection Act. In your letter you stated that my credit card account was closed due to you being unable to verify my information which is a misrepresentation of material facts. I have provided the requested documentation to verify my information on numerous occasions prior to account closure that has been completely ignored and proves your wilful noncompliance. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a notice of dispute to BHG FINANCIAL via USPS Certified Mail along with proof that I have previously submitted the documentation requested from me. Initially, on XX/XX/XXXX I intitated a consumer credit transaction and in good faith I sent an application for a credit card excersing my right under The Consumer Credit Protection Act. On XX/XX/XXXX I received notification via email that my credit card application was approved with a {$8000.00} credit limit. About a week later I received the credit card in the mail and attempted to activate it. I was told by the automated voice message that my account was locked and to contact customer service. On XX/XX/XXXX I called the cardholder support line XXXX located on the back of the credit card and was told by the representative that my account was locked and would be unlocked once I submit documentation to verify my identity. I was told to send a copy of my drivers license and utility bill to XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent an email with the documents attached as requested. On XX/XX/XXXX I called again to confirm that my email and documentation were received and was told by the representative that he was unable to confirm if my email was received or not and that I should wait about 2 weeks to hear from a BHG representative. Approximately 2 weeks later on XX/XX/XXXX I called again to follow up about my account being unlocked and was told by the representative that the back office is still working on my issue and that I should receive an update within 2 weeks via a phone call. On XX/XX/XXXX I called again to follow and was again told that I should have an update within 2 weeks. I told the representative that I have been told numerous times that I would receive a call back from a representative and that my account would be unlocked within 2 weeks but I have not received a single call from anyone nor a confirmation that my email I sent on XX/XX/XXXX was received by the appropriate party. I asked for a direct extension to the department needing to verify my identity or a mailing address where I can send my documentation to and the representative said that there is no direct extension to that department and no address for me to send my documentation and that I would just have to wait until I receive a call back from someone within 2 weeks. I asked the representative if he could at least confirm that my documents were received and he said that he could not do that and suggested that I just re-send everything again in another email. After patiently waiting for an update and feeling very frustrated, misled and unencouraged, I sent another email to XXXX with my documentation attached on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email notification from XXXX that my credit card account has been closed. On XX/XX/XXXX I called the cardholder support line and asked a representative : Why was my credit card account closed? And why have I never received an update about the documentation I sent that was requested from me to unlock my account? I was told by the representative that he does not know why my account was closed and I would just have to wait until I received a notice in the mail for an explanation. It is evident that BHG FINANCIAL and/or BANKERS HEALTHCARE GROUP LLC has been willfully negligent with addressing my concerns and ensuring that my consumer rights are not violated. Please be aware that I have proof of all communications such as telephonic, email and written correspondence in my possession. Further, I would like to inform you that it is against federal law in accordance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to proclaim an adverse action against a consumer. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1691 ( c ) and you assume civil liability pursuant to 15U.S.C. 1691 ( k ), BHG FINANCIAL and/or BANKERS HEALTHCARE GROUP LLC has violated my federally protected consumer rights ; 15 U.S.C. 1642, 15 U.S.C. 1681m, 12 CFR 1002. Since the notice you sent me dated XX/XX/XXXX is both proof and evidence that I have been discriminated against, you are also criminally liable under 15 U.S.C. 1691. BHG FINANCIAL and/or BANKERS HEALTHCARE GROUP LLC should resort to reasonable procedures to rectify this ordeal and compensate me for the inconvenience and for the use of my Social Security Number . Otherwise, this would be considered an unauthorized use since I have received NO BENEFIT pursuant to 15 USC 1602 ( I ). I am now invoking my specified remedy of having my credit card account reopened. In order to resolve this matter, in good-faith I therefore demand the following : Account closure suspended. Account block removed. Account reopened ; Open-end consumer credit card ( 15 U.S.C. 1602 ( m ) ) with {$8000.00} USD and/or maximum limit allowable by applicable law ( 15 U.S.C. 1602 ( j ) ). This is your opportunity to cure as well as your notice of fault for the servicing of the consumer credit card account.

I decided to pursue a loan with BHG in XX/XX/2022. I took my time to consider it and during the next several weeks, the original advisor, XXXX, was changed to a different one. I spoke with her, XXXX, several times about the amount and the terms. I then decided to finalize the offer on XX/XX/XXXX. I replied to XXXX via email from my XXXX and did not receive a reply. I left a voice message and then spoke with her and she indicated she did not receive my email, and asked if I could email her from my computer. That sounded odd and I indicated that if I can I will, but that I am very busy with work and I routinely send emails - from the same address - from my phone. I then responded to subsequent emails from XXXX and the same thing happened. I asked her to please check her spam folder. After responding to a text to verify my identity with a photo of my ID and face, I was to be sent a link to the application, but the link in the email did not work. Specifically, it was a hyperlinked " click here '' and although it highlighted when I hovered over it, it was not clickable, it did not open anything. I emailed XXXX about this and again she had the same odd issue saying she didn't receive my email. Nothing was wrong with my email, phone, or any device ; this was all on BHG. I called her to complain about the emails and also now about the inoperative link. She sent it again. Same thing happened. And then she said she would escalate it to IT. Throughout all of this, there was no way to contact IT myself, or to contact someone else. I was directed back to XXXX. Someone from IT, XXXX, called while I was in a meeting and left a voice message with his number on XX/XX/XXXX. I tried calling him back twice on XX/XX/XXXX and also told XXXX, and she said she would have him call me, but as of XXXXXXXX XXXX I have not heard from XXXX again. I also got a call from XXXX, who XXXX said is working with her, and that was to say that I if I submit missing or erroneous information that I would need to send a copy of a check. I indicated that there was nothing in error in my application, since I have not yet been able to get into the application due to the inoperative link. I did receive another link to change my password, and that worked as far as the password, but then on the next page was the process to enter my banking information. There was a box to click indicating my consent fot BHG to use a third party verification. But yet again, I could not check the box. I clicked in it several times and nothing happened. There was a " refresh '' button on the page and when I clicked that I red " error '' box appeared at the top of the page. Again, no way to enter the information. Being very frustrated at the inordinate amount of time this process is taking, and the lack of basic technology to simply provide a hyperlink so I can provide my banking information, I looked for a customer service number and asked to speak to XXXX 's supervisor. It turns out, or at least appears, that XXXX is her supervisor. I asked to speak to XXXX 's supervisor to escalate this to fix these simple steps. I spoke with someone named XXXX who said she would speak to IT to resolve this matter. Two hours later, and having heard nothing, I called back and everyone including XXXX 's supervisor, whom I asked for, was " in a meeting. '' Meanwhile I had found XXXX XXXX on XXXX, from the BHG website he is listed as President of the Lending Division. I sent a message to him via XXXX yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX, but never heard from him either ( as I mentioned, there is no way to contact someone to truly escalate an issue ). Although BHG claims to provide " concierge service '' they have failed to respond to my situation, and seem to re-frame it as something I did or inputs that were erroneous. Again, I have yet to access the application to finish the process by providing my bank information. So nothing I have provided is causing this situation. The links are definitively inoperative. How can a company like this get any business done or work with consumers if these basics are such insurmountable problems?

I had been getting mailers from Bankers Healthcare Group ( BHG ) for over a year saying that I was prequalified for up to {$250000.00}. When I decided to open a business in XX/XX/XXXX I had enough working capital. However, there were a lot of unforeseen circumstances That required me to need additional funding. I contacted bankers healthcare group about getting funding. I submitted an application and was contacted by the lending department. I explained the situation and that I was already financially too far in do not get funding. My application was ran by someone in Florida, and I was told that there was an approval and someone would be getting back to me. A day or two later someone from New York called me to tell me that based on my annual income of {$50000.00}, with minimal debt, I had been approved for {$20000.00}. I explained that I really needed to get funding and that at that point I was financially in over my head. I was told that if I had somebody go on the loan with me that I would probably qualify for more. I added my fianc to the loan and a day later I received another communication asking me if there was anybody else that could go on the loan with me. I asked my son-in-law to go on the loan to which he agreed. It was stated to me that the loan would not show on any of our credit reports and that there were easy terms and that there were some fees that would be rolled into the loan, but would be refunded at the end of the term. At no time was I ever told that these fees were optional. I was told that they would have to be added in order for the loan to move forward. I was told that I would not be able to make any extra payments towards the loan for the first five years. I disagreed with that and it was changed to one year. I was told that in order for the loan to be approved I would need to agree to the monthly payment to be auto drafted from my bank account. I agreed to it. The loan was approved for {$150000.00}. Within a couple of days {$140000.00} was deposited into my account however, my beginning balance was {$160000.00} at an interest rate of 17 %. The monthly payment has been {$2900.00}. After a few months I contacted the BHG to inquire how I could obtain a login so that I could closely monitor my loan and I was informed that they do not have any way to track the loan, with the exception of an amortization paper which was sent to me. Likewise, I have not been able to get information on how or where to make extra payments to after the one year. In XX/XX/XXXX I contacted BHG to inquire about getting a lowered interest rate or smaller payment amount due to my business financially, struggling and fearing that I would have to close due to not being able to make the monthly bills largely in part due to this payment. I was sent an email with the paperwork needed to fill out, which was very extensive and required more information than when I had originally applied for the loan. They were asking for financial information for myself, my fianc, and my son-in-law. Fearing that we would not be eligible for the hardship, I felt defeated. The paperwork was also asking for information that I was not sure how to provide. At the time of this complaint, 15 payments of {$2900.00} have been drafted from my business checking account, leaving a current balanced owed of {$150000.00}. After extensive research I have learned that BHG has had multiple complaints against them for predatory lending practices. BGH pushes to get the loan approved without running credit or allowing the borrower the ability to build credit from this loan, the only payment option is for auto withdraw, they require credit insurance without advising that this is option, and high interest rate. I am asking that BHG reverse the added fees in the amount of {$17000.00}, lower the interest rate, adjust payments already made to reflect the lower interest and apply the amount to the principal balance, lower the monthly payment to a position that does not create a financial hardship.

I got a loan from BHG and the payments was going to be on the XXXX of every month the due date. A company by the name of XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX not the one as we know it XXXX but an inside company of BHGs was aloud to collect the payments of {$1300.00} on every due date. This company did not collect on XX/XX/XXXX as they where suppose to do so. At some point the inside company XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXXlet BHG know they could not collect the pymnt from my checking account so BHG went into my checking account and collected it for them as they did not had any permission to go into my account to collect as it was assigned to this inside company XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. BHG went and collected on XX/XX/2021 for {$1300.00} but at the same time XXXX XX/XX/XXXX never called me to let me know they couldnt collect the money and had BHG do it for them but then XXXX XXXX XXXX never let BHG who did not have permission to get into my bank account and collect tell them that they managed to collect the {$1300.00} on XX/XX/2021 so they charged me twice within about 24 hours of each other but then BHG needed proof that there was a double dip and after sending proof they kept the money for three days leaving me absolutely devastated in my bank until XX/XX/XXXX so I couldnt pay bills as I needed to. Then they said again the pmnts would be collected by XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXXon the first of every month but the first came and gone with no collections. On XX/XX/XXXX BHG who again had no permission to enter my checking account pulled the money out for {$1300.00} and then on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX also pulled the money for {$1300.00} for a second month in a row double dipping into my account. And again the original collector never called me and let me know that they couldnt collect so again they left me in a worst way financially wrecked. Again it took 3 days to return my money to me and I blocked first national bank per my attorney so they could not get back into my checking account. Although BHG refunded my {$25.00} block pmnt money and sent my {$150.00} gift card for the problems which was nice the problems have not stopped. the money was due on the first of XXXX with BHG only aloud to collect money for the pmnt it is now XX/XX/2021 and they have not pulled any money. I have also in XXXX asked for all the application paperwork to my loan and asked for all the signed paperwork with the interest rates payment dates and pay off date and how I received the money from them when I called them. They told me that they have no information on my loan and can not provide any paperwork or history of my loan as they have non. I sent them an Email on Thursday last week and asked again for all information and they have not responded to me. I also can not provide a loan number as they have never given me any information on my loan and have refused to.

On XX/XX/2022, I initiated a loan application after receiving a call from a BHG XXXX XXXX. In the process of completing the application I mistakenly uploaded an incorrect document in place of my paycheck stub. I then proceeded to upload the correct paycheck stub and then contacted the finance director on his direct line to ask him to remove the document that was incorrectly uploaded. He stated that he was unable to delete/remove the document but that the Loan Processor would be able too. I emailed the loan processor ( see attached ) who in turn stated that the document had been deleted. After a brief while, I checked and the document was still on the portal. I proceeded to leave the Loan Processor a voicemail at that point to advise him that the document had not been removed. When I didn't hear back from the loan processor, I again contacted the Finance Manager on his direct line asking him to withdraw my application completely. Once he withdrew the application with me on the line. The two documents that I uploaded remained on the portal. On XX/XX/2022, I send an email to XXXX customer service @ XXXX and received a reply from a XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, stating " I am reaching out after receiving your online web inquiry regarding the information submitted with your recent application. Unfortunately due to compliance regulations and guidelines we are not able to delete this information. We have to keep any submitted information on file for 5 years. I want to ensure that we do not do anything with this information, other than store it for policy purposes. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. '' - I proceeded to contact XXXX via the telephone number she provided in her email and additionally responded to her email to advise her that her compliance policies should not apply to me as I am not a customer, never have been, nor do I have an active account with BHG. During my telephone conversation with the rep she stated again that per their policy they are required to retain my data for a minimum of five years from the date of submission. I then requested a copy of said " policy '' in which I was advised by XXXX XXXX that she isn't sure if they have something that they could provide me but that she will check with her manager and let me know. XXXX XXXX called me back and advised me that she spoke with her supervisor XXXX XXXX, who confirmed that BHG would have to retain my information for a minimum of five years from the date of submission but that she does not have a policy in which she can provide me that states such. XXXX XXXX then referenced that per the US Patriots Act, they should retain my data for a minimum of five years should I need further clarification.

I received mailer from BHG suggesting to apply to BHG for a loan, the material was address to me as an individual and not to a business. Around XX/XX/XXXX, I decided to take a loan to pay off my credit card debt. During the application process BHG knew from oral conversation and email that I did not own any business. In which they replied it wasn't a requirement for the loan. XX/XX/XXXX, BHG gave me a loan agreement consisting mostly of fine-print legal terminology. Substantially none of the terms in BHG 's loan agreement were written in language that would be understandable to a layperson like myself. I accepted the loan relying on my child support to make the payments. When my ex-husband died in XX/XX/XXXX, I informed BHG that I would need to reduce my payment due to loss of income, which I was informed to file for a hardship. I applied 3 time and was denied because they stated I did not include the child support in my application. I am constantly receiving text from XXXX XXXX for the missed payments due to my loss of income. I have asked them to restructure the loan to make the payments more affordable which was also denied. They are stating i can not restructure the loan until I have had the loan for 5 years which I don't understand. The interest rate is XXXX for 84 payments of {$1000.00}. Which is higher than what I pay for my car note which I financed {$50000.00}. BHG did not disclose an APR for the loan, and it did not make other disclosures that are required as if it were making a consumer loan. BHG falsely drafted its loan agreement as a commercial loan to a business as purported " sole proprietorship '' d/b/a. It also made references to a commercial loan within the document. However, no such sole proprietorship existed and BHG knew this because of the materials and communications exchanged. They only asked for my pay stubs which clearly indicates I am employed. I was not required to provide any documentation of any business. In my opinion BHG intentionally baited me during my time of need into an extremely expensive commercial loan when I thought I was getting a personal loan. I do not receive any statements showing payments and balances of the loan, so I will never know the progress I am making with payments. This type of predatory lending should not be permitted, and I should have never qualified for a commercial loan. When I informed BHG I did not own a business they stated it was ok and I would qualify for the loan.

Every since getting my sUAS pilots license ( over 2 years ), I have been getting pre-approval letters from Bankers Health Group ( BHG ). The letters stated I was pre-approved for a loan and needed to go online to 'activate the loan '. I finally did this around XX/XX/2022. You do this activation and then within a day or so a Account XXXX contacts you to get all your personal data and to email you a request for signature in Docu Sign. It was a XXXX XXXX XXXX. And a XXXX XXXX XXXX to sign and email back. Not much information except the loan does not show up in your credit report and is a risk based loan application and requested amount of loan wanted. In addition the Account XXXX said that I need to provide all the requested forms to get approved and to start talking financial numbers. Oh wait so I was not pre-approved? When I inquired about not being pre-approved like letters state and about the XXXX XXXX, a XXXX processor contacted me, via email, saying if I don't sign papers the loan will be pulled. And saying what do I got to lose, no risk, and no obligation. But now I am signing over a XXXX form XXXX for access to 10 years of my tax information and I don't even know what rates or limits or fees or closing costs, or anything about this loan really. I went ahead finally on XX/XX/2022, after thinking over and having some home issues come up that need repaired ( original need for loan ), to provide the requested documents and also once again inquired about the tax form. I was told the tax information only goes back 2 years and only used for identification purposes. On XX/XX/2022, later in the afternoon I inquired about the application and was told it would take XXXX hours to get an answer. On XX/XX/2022 I once again inquired about the loan. On XX/XX/2022 I got an email stating I was denied and a letter will be mailed with reason. I truly feel BHG is very misleading on their whole loan process and is not fair to consumers. I have been denied loans in the past, but the lender was upfront with everything about the loan and forms required from the beginning. I don't even really know what the XXXX form XXXX will do and why it was send to XXXX XXXX XXXX CO per the form. If needed have email communication with BHG : ) Thanks for any assistance. XXXX

After a lifetime in the military we found the last home we'll ever buy. Got a personal loan from BHG for renovations intending to refinance the mortgage once done. Well, supply chain issues, cost increases, gas tripled, etc., so budget ran thin. Used credit cards to supplement the budget and called BHG to refi the personal loan and consolidate the credit card debt. They said our revolving credit utilization was too high so we didn't qualify. But, they said we could qualify for a business loan snd business credit card ; I said we aren't a business, we have no business license, no business accounts. The salesman said not to worry, just " say '' we have a business. He said use the business loan and credit card to pay off our personal cards, bring down the revolving credit and then we could qualify to refinance the personal loan and consolidate everything. We were desperate to streamline and were out of options so we took the deal. Used the business loan and card to pay off personal debt as BHG advised us to do, waited until credit bureaus reflected and my score was up, and called BHG to refinance. The salesman said they couldn't help us, " we can't refinance the personal loan to payoff business debt ''. Seems they misled us, now we were stuck with debt we could barely afford. A couple months later we took in my brother-in-law who has XXXX ; his wife died of XXXX. We also took in our granddaughter and are now raising her. Tried explaining to BHG that we can no longer afford all of the debt they conned us into. We proposed a settlement to which they demanded no less than 150 % of the original balance paid over a additional 91 months! We're ar a loss as to how a company can so openly exploit borrowers, taking advantage of an economic climate that has people desperate just to survive. At this point we're facing bankruptcy since BHG won't work with us. And now they have debt collectors harassing us. We're hopeful the CFPB can help, maybe the XXXX, SEC or some other regulating body. A lifetime of service to the nation and taking care of so many in our family that are in need and BHG doesn't care.

I spent several weeks talking to XXXX XXXX, my loan finance officer at Bankers Healthcare Group ( BHG ), about a loan in the amount of {$850000.00}. After many discussions, he was finally able to come up with a loan terms that I was okay with, so on XX/XX/XXXX, I was asked to sign the loan documents. I was told that upon signing the documents that the loan would be funded in 72 hours. I did indeed sign the documents ; however, several days went by, and instead of being funded, I received a phone call from a lady that I had never spoken to, and she told me that they needed 1-2 weeks to fund the loan because they had to ensure that the property that they were holding as collateral had clear title. XXXX informed me that this call was a mistake and ensured me the loan would fund. After a week of XXXX ignoring phone calls, voicemails, text messages, and emails, he tells me that he has been out of the office due to personal issues, and that yes, the loan was pending title search. Since I had recently purchased the property via foreclosure, my foreclosure attorney was kind enough to not only email his title work to BHG, but also speak with XXXX on the phone on XX/XX/XXXX to let him know that the land had no liens against it other than the first lien, which I was going to use the proceeds of this loan to pay off. XXXX texted me on the evening of XX/XX/XXXX to tell me that the loan was finally clear to fund, and that I would receive my recorded phone call on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. After that call, the loan would fund. It is now XX/XX/XXXX, and not only have I not heard one word about my loan, but once again XXXX is refusing to return my text messages or phone calls. The lien that I am paying off is a hard money note with interest of right at $ XXXX/day, so XXXX was well aware at the beginning of our talk that the loan needed to fund fast so that I could pay off the hard money loan. This delay of now 20 days has cost me thousands of dollars, and I am demanding an explanation because this is simply unacceptable!

I am an XXXX on XXXX XXXX... XXXX XXXX I was looking for a Home Equity loan to do some home improvement work. Was approached by this company XXXX BHG - Bankers Healthcare Group ) at work who said they could get hospital employees special loans with low interest and fees. Never really read the paperwork and didn't put two and two together that loans were in my name as a XXXX. Applied and was given a loan - made payments with no problems until XXXX when, as a nurse I got XXXX and was hit hard. Now XXXX from long XXXX and only just went back to work full time, but have significant other debt from being out and sick. When I called BHG in XXXX to get them to work with me, they were totally nasty and un-accomodating. I had to prioritize bills and pay my mortgage to keep my house first and foremost. After trying for 6 months, they stopped taking my calls. I was dealing with increased health issues and forgot about it. 2 months ago in XX/XX/XXXX, I received notice from some upstate court in XXXX XXXX, that they won a lawsuit against me and were going to garnishee my paycheck going forward. I can't afford for this to happen, I will lose my home. And I was never served at all with court papers, and don't understand how they had standing in a far XXXX XXXX when I live on XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, NY. I was told by a law firm since then, that there is already a sheriffs order to garnishee my check and because they won in court, I have no recourse despite never getting notice of any lawsuit. Any advice or direction you can give me is greatly appreciated. It seems there are several class action lawsuits against them for predatory lending, excessive fees and interest and using XXXX before all names on their loans to avoid NY State lending laws that require more upfront disclosures than they get away with using DBAs and classifying these as business loans. I am not a business or XXXX but a XXXX employee. Help! Please!

This is a loan contract company that survives off of predatory lending practices and only targets medical professionals. I entered into a contract with Bankers Healthcare Group in XXXX of 2018. The original amount and payment as noted in the documents changed, the payment is almost the same as well as the amount, but the interest charge and terms are much higher. These funds were used to pay off a student loan through XXXX. Looking back, the only difference between XXXX and this group is that XXXX is involved in multiple class-action lawsuits. Banker 's Healthcare Group should be as well. My husband and I were both heavily affected during the last two years by the ridiculous shutdowns and lack of patients/business. I work in XXXX XXXX as a XXXX XXXX for the last seven years. My hours were cut heavily by the hospital by over 30 %. We could not afford this $ XXXX predatory loan payment at over 20 % interest. We paid over {$12000.00} in payments. The balance is almost the same as the original loan amount. This is another sign of a predatory lender. After a three month deferment, we contacted them for additional options. They did not continue to draft payments, nor did they return any calls on available options. We did receive a call to borrow more money. Bankers Healthcare filed a lawsuit against me. They are suing for over {$37000.00}, more than the original loan amount and not including the {$12000.00} in payments made. These types of companies are harmful to consumers, and should not be in business to prey upon medical professionals. The original terms were changed from what was discussed, the loan was setup from the beginning to be very difficult to pay with the high payment, fees, interest rate and term. We do not have funds for a lawyer, and this should be something that is looked at to prevent other consumers from falling into this lender 's trap.

Bankers Health care Group aka BHG-inc.com sent me an credit card to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with an online application for approval. I filled the short application on line with my SS number and DOB which was required and address etc. There was no provision for entering my Fed ID number. I got a phone call from one XXXX XXXX XXXX who wanted few more information further to my on line application. When it came to the Fed. Tax ID number, he said that he had the number and neither did he tell me the what the number was or did I ask him to verify the number. After answering all his question over the phone he said he will email me forms for me to fill out on line and send it back to him.

The form on the email sent me had my correct SS number and DOB but a Fed ID. number that was not mine and never been mine. When I called him about the discrepancy in the Fed ID number he said he got that number when I had provided when I had applied on XX/XX/2016. I requested a copy of that application by email or by US mail to verify that information.

As of this date I have not received the information and the Tax ID on the form he sent me for me to sign was XXXX. THIS TAX ID IS NOT MINE NEVER BEEN MINE.

I checked this company at XXXX and there is a doctor who made a complaint regarding this company accusing them of fraud and ID theft. Also on face book there were complaints to the fact that the company never makes any loan but forward the information two attorney 's in XXXX under the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I personally have a suspicion that the company makes loans to dummy accounts using false ID 'S and ID Theft.

Please investigate this company for : Using a False Fed ID or Fraudulent Business practices.

Initial I received a flier for this company and i went on their website to find out information regarding the company. The next day I received a call from this company and I asked them general questions because nothing was posted on their website in regards to interest, terms and conditions on their website. The associate said he could n't provide me the information unless my credit was ran so I agreed to it and gave him my information. A few day later the associate emailed me the credit application and XXXX form for me to fill out and they need a recent pay stub from me. After I filled out the required docs and my paystub I received a phone call from their under writer for a customer interview. XXXX minutes later I received and email with all the terms and conditions. When they ran my credit they told me I had a XXXX fico and in the email sent me they quote me a rates of 14.49 % & 15.49 %. the following day the associate sends me a text asking me what I thought about the approval and I told him i was insulted and that i was interested any more. I received a phone call a week later from their underwriter and informed I was interested and he still was trying to convince me to do the loan. When I asked the underwriter why XXXX day the rate was 14.49 % to 15.49 % and then the next day because I was upset the rate dropped to 7.49 % and he could n't answer my question

I was referred by the XXXX to BHG Financial as the XXXX does not make loans to nonprofit organizations. On XX/XX/XXXX I applied for a {$45000.00} loan for our organization and I was the guarantors. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from BHG to review my financial data and was assured that all looked good for the loan. The funds would be available in XXXX days after approval. My information was forwarded to a Finance Manager and a meeting was scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. With a XXXX XXXX on XXXX and an income of over {$110000.00} I expected no issues with the approval. Received XXXX texts from an XXXX XXXX XXXX asking to speak to me regarding " changes in my account. '' I that any changes to an account agreement has to be sent as a written notice. I also asked that he stop texting using the number he had used, as I had not consented to text messages. He replied that he would send the " changes '' in writing via email. I was expecting changes to the terms, however, what I got was a XXXX request to fill and signs forms for auto-pay. I imagine some people who don't read or feel flustered by this type of communication from a bank would just fill and sign the form without question. This is a PRESSURE tactic to have consumers agree to automatic debits from their accounts. This was not a requirement of the agreement to have a credit card with Bankers Health Group, and clearly is an underhanded attempt at having customers agree to a service they did not ask for or wanted in the first place. Of course, for those who sign without reading or knowing any better, the tactic allows BHG to say they did actually agree to direct debiting and have a signed document to prove it. I agreed to open this account because it was promoted by a professional organization I belong to - I regret having a business relationship with this company as this is not the first time they use pressure tactics to try to get me to agree to more of their products.

My family was experiencing a significant financial crisis due to years of only one paycheck, a 5 person household, and mounting debt. I received several advertisements regarding BHG 's financial services. I explained that we were in a financial crisis and was interested in a consolidation loan. Unfortunately, I was encouraged to proceed with the loan and was not given much details. For one, I was never told that they would set up the loan as a " business loan '' and use my name as a corporation which does not exist. Secondly, the contract was set up to sue including applying a XXXX lien on my home if I was unable to pay. I was also not informed that there would be a prepayment penalty and that I would end up paying twice the amount of money that I borrowed. I ended up paying them back a large portion of the money that I borrowed just in monthly payments over the course of 12 months. My monthly payment to BHG was XXXX dollars per month in addition to all the other monthly expenses that I owe. I ended up having to take other loans out just to pay them monthly which has doubled my total debt and eventually led to our situation spiraling into financial ruin. I feel like during a desperate time in my life, I was misled and now my family is at risk for losing everything. They are unwilling to negotiate and continue to threaten us with taking everything from us.

Tried to contact them regarding payment but no response. Never got a call, message or any mail saying that we missed a payment until I noticed myself that the payments did not get withdrawn. Payments were being taken out every 4th of the month but for some reason when I looked back on the transactions they started to withdraw on a different date which caused our payments to not be available and I was charged NSF fees. They did not specify that my payment dates changed, like I mentioned no form of contact at all. It seems like they meant to do that so that I would miss my payments. I emailed them again regarding that and again no response. There is no way to go online to make a payment, you have to email them and speak to someone to get that to happen. No online access to our account or anything. So now I received a letter from a debt collector XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. telling me I have to pay the total amount of {$59000.00}. They should have at least contacted me to straighten out this issue before sending me to a collection agency. They seem like a fraudulent company out there get your money. They were quick to get you to sign and provide document but right after approval the person I was working with no longer contacted me and no other contact after that.

In the beginning of XXXX XXXX, I borrowed money for business from a company. They said I was preapproved for {$100000.00}. I agreed to take only {$65000.00} at the time. On XXXX XXXX they deposited {$64000.00} to my personal checking account and they sent me a bill for {$72000.00} at 11.99 % APR. The {$8000.00} was added for document fee insurance, and reimbursement fee. I got a call around XXXX XXXX from the company and they said that I left {$35000.00} loan that I was approved and the agent insisted I that I take it. I agreed to take it. They deposited {$34000.00} and sent me a bill for {$40000.00}. I was charged {$5500.00} on document fee, insurance, and other fees. I paid off both loans on XXXX XXXX. They reimbursed me only the reimbursement fee that they addedin the beginning of the loan, which was {$2200.00}. When I researched the complaints that other customers of this particular company made, I learned that the company waives the insurance on the loan, if the borrower has life insurance. But, I was not asked if I had life insurance, which I had. But, they simply added {$4500.00} and {$2400.00} on the first and second loan respectively. Both insurances fees accrued {$1600.00} in interests over the course almost two years.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX In early 2022, I received mail from BHG promising loans specifically for licensed healthcare professionals XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I applied for and quickly received a loan for {$20000.00}. Although the monthly payments of {$430.00} were a struggle to maintain, I made 15 payments for a total of {$6500.00}. Realizing that this loan was a terrible, impulsive mistake on my part, I contacted BHG to inquire about paying the balance in full. I was told that the balance of the loan was {$23000.00}, but that because I was attempting to pay it off early, the payoff amount they offered was {$46000.00}. I told them that this was an obscene amount to expect me to pay on a {$20000.00} loan, and I am currently awaiting another offer. I feel I was targeted by BHG due to my history of using payday loans. I have a mental illness that I am trying to recover from, and I explained this to them, only to be given a bad-faith payoff offer that is well over twice the original value of the loan. In my experience this is a predatory company exploiting vulnerable people.

The CFPB has jurisdiction over this matter because it concerns the an installment loan # XXXX by Banker 's Health Group ( BHG ) which was originalted on or around XX/XX/XXXX. On or around XX/XX/XXXX, after prolonged illness related to XXXX under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) combined with severe setbacks caused by XXXX and furlough, i attempted in good faith to extend an existing loan modification/forbearance ( original dates range from XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX ) to BHG as an alternative to bankruptcy and reasonable accommodation under XXXX. ***Further, XXXX XXXX also applies due to XXXX STATE OF EMERGENCY IN CALIFORNA PER GOVERNOR ORDER, and BHG is duty bound by its lending/banking authority to make reasonable allowances for this STATE OF EMERGENCY until it is officially lifted and normal business resumes. XXXX Although BHG claimed a 10 day turnaround for these requests, I did not hear back, and I can only assume BHG 's systems are overwhelmed due to these unprecedented times. Was contacted by mail regarding what was advertised as a personal loan earlier in XXXX, so I decided to contact them about consolidating some of my credit card debt. After going through their application process a sales person contacted me mid XXXX. The sales person wouldnt tell me the APR of the loan I was approved for until I pressed them for it TWICE! They kept talking about the monthly interest rate of 1.7 % before eventually revealing the actual 19.99 % APR. Then, they mentioned that theyd be setting me up as a sole proprietorship so they could get me a business loan to pay off my credit card debt. ( Note that the emails I attached say 14.99 %, but the original rate they quoted was 19.99 %, and the first email shows the emphasis on this mythical monthly interest rate XXXX. After I hung up on the XXXX salesperson, a few days later on the XXXX they were magically able to get my interest rate down to 13.99 %, which tells me they were price gouging me, and also they knew I was just going to payoff debt and didnt need $ XXXX, but kept pushing that anyway.

I borrowed {$55000.00} from BHG as a debt consolidation. I used the funds to pay off the pool installation, my daughter 's wedding, and several credit cards with high interest rates ( 20+ % ). I have been paying on the loan since XXXX of 2020. I do not get regular notices. There is a monthly draft for almost {$1000.00}. The interest rate is about 12 %. I reached out to BHG to see what my balance was. I was told {$54000.00}. That was only a drop of a few XXXX dollar after sending them over {$27000.00} in payments. That's when I found out that they had added an additional {$8500.00} in " fees '' and " insurance '' that I had not been told about. I will be paying them for much longer than I expected. They said " You can refinance after 4 years. '' Why would I finance anything with a company that adds such high fees without telling me?

I applied for a loan with Bankers Healthcare Group LLC in XXXX of 2021 I was denied for unknow reasons didn't receive adverse letter until day 30. The reason given for the credit card application was " unable to identify my identity '' and was told to call XXXX, which I did and they said there was no reason for the company not able to identify me because all my personal information is up to date. So I feel that the company is violating my ECOA because they are not giving my a vailed in-depth reason for the denial so I can fix the problem to reapply in the near future.

Bankers Healthcare Group, Corporate Headquarters, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Fl XXXX XXXX XXXX I have received several letters offering working capital loan up to {$250000.00}. I was provided two different predatory loans to me at two different times. One in XXXX and the other in XXXX. I was unable to pay for the loans due to income issues and asked originally for a modification. I was denied and then had to default on the loans. Finally when I applied for a modification and deferral of payments, we came to an agreement of a fixed amount for the the next 6 months to start at the end of XXXX ( next month ). I have the documents. Well they decided to start taking ACH withdrawals out today in the full amount of the loans and took out twice the agreed upon amount leaving me with no money right before pay day. Not only are they in breach of contract but they are also in breach of fair lending laws from the original contract. This company is fraudulent in their actions

I had fraud on my accounts, so I ordered a replacement card. This company said they sent me 2 replacement cards in the mail. I never received either of them. I have called and they only want to charge me to ship the card to me a different way. I had to argue with the customer service representative for over 10 minutes on the phone before even getting him to put me on hold to even try to get to a manger the next time I called. Still unsuccessful of getting this company to send me a card a different way. I will no longer pay on my account until this is resolved. My other 2 bank cards had no issues sending their cards out the correct way. And we do not have a street mailbox where I live, we have post office boxes.

I took out a loan with BHG to help my wife start her business. The process was fast ( too fast ) and the loan was funded within a couple days. I was charged a {$3000.00} processing fee and another {$3500.00} for life insurance to secure the loan in addition to a {$1200.00} refundable fee and a {$45.00} wire transfer fee. The interest rate on the loan is a high 14 %. I decided I want to get out of this loan early and found out that they do not allow partial payments so unless I pay them $ XXXX for the $ XXXX I borrowed, I am stuck paying interest until it is paid in full. This seems really shady. I am working to cash out some equity on my home but if I'm just a few dollars short of a payoff, I'm stuck.

I applied for and received an unsecured personal loan from Bankers Healthcare Group for a very high interest rate. 17.99 % for 96 months. Bankers Healthcare Group sold my loan for the principal plus future interest to another bank, at 6 % interest rate for 96 months. The monthly payment remained the same, but the principal due was higher by almost 70,000, and they claimed that the loan was now secured by my practice assets. I did not receive the additional principal. Bankers Healthcare Group profited that from the sale of the loan.

XX/XX/2018. This is the third time that I have been contacted by Bankers Healthcare Group to take out a loan with them. It includes a card and a personal site that obviously could be used in identity theft if anyone else received it by mistake. I have written to them last month and the month before, demanding that they stop sending these cards. Their " President '' is XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Fl XXXX. Please stop them from sending unwanted loan offers.

I was originally told in XXXX of 2018 that my annual percentage rate would be 17 % over five years. This has been completely changed by the company without my consent or knowledge and I am now being told that my annual percentage rate is 18.39 % over seven years. After reaching out to BHG with my concerns, I was totally ignored and my problems were treated as insignificant. BHG is an unorganized, unprofessional, and unkind company to get a loan from.

I have attached a copy of my personal loan from Bankers Heathcare Group. The interest seems predatory. I received a flyer in the mail, called about it and that same day a notary met me at work to sign papers without fully understanding what I was getting in to. I have attached my payment schedule. I supposedly borrowed {$80000.00} but only remember getting {$60000.00}. My total pay off will be {$140000.00}. This almost 100 % interest.

A loan modification was requested due to an illness and a decrease in income due to COVID. The company denied the request and after a third party collections agency got invoked the loan was double with a negative amortization schedule causing the loan to be double than the current balance. I declined the modification and a reconsideration was submitted a counteroffer was done by BHG for more than the current price of my loan.

Breach of signed contract. BHG " partnered '' with a seperate bank to mange our loan; did not inform us in writing that this transfer/partnership was occurring. Contract states that line of credit will not be reported to credit bureau ( s ). The partner bank reported to the credit bureau ( s ) breaching our contract signed with BHG. BHG readily admitted this was a breach of contract.

I obtained a loan designated as a personal loan for business purposes in 2021 from BHG but was not provided with final loan documents, nor monthly statements. I do not know how much is left on my loans, what interest has been paid, or any other information because I have never received monthly statements nor access to an electronic version of my statements.
