Hello sir my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX i applied for XXXX Baroda credit card on XXXX XXXX they opened it but didi not say that its activation charge are XXXX that not a major problem on XXXX XXXX i made a payment on XXXX that got failed but XXXX charged in credit card did not reversed till now also when i using my card they unfortunately blocked my card when i contact them they says you have called and request for card blocking and this will not unblocked you have to replace your card with charge XXXX also that is not a major problem. I have made advance payment of XXXX rupees in advance and i closed my credit card on XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX and i mailed them from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX but till now they have transferred just XXXX of my advance payment in my bank account. Such a worst experienced i faced from them.

I HAD A BANK OF BARODA CREDIT CARD. I APPLIED TO CLOSE THE CREDIT CARD IN XX/XX/XXXX AS THEY WERE CHARGING ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES OF XXXX WHICH THEY DID NOT MENTION WHILE ISSUING ME THE CARD. I PAID THE MEMBERSHIP FEES IN XX/XX/XXXX AND APPLIED FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE CARD.
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL MENTIONING THAT THE CLOSURE OF MY CARD HAS BEEN APPROVED.
SUDDENLY IN XX/XX/XXXX THEY AGAIN SENT ME A STATEMENT CLAIMING FOR THE MEMBERSHIP FEES. WHEN I PRODUCED THEM ALL THEY DOCUMENTS, THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT I HAVE TO PAY THE MEMBERSHIP FEES AND THEN ONLY MY CARD WILL BE CLOSED.
THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETE FRAUD. THEY ARE DIRECTLY THREATENING ME. I WANT STRICT ACTIONS AGAINST THEM AND ALSO COMPENSATION FROM BANK OF BARODA FOR CONTINUOSLY THREATENING ME.
