I received a notice from Ballato Law Firm advising me that my debt was in collections and will be prosecuted if not paid. I immediately called and made payment arrangements. I spoke with XXXX who advised me that because I made arrangements I would not have anything to worry about and would not need to go to court. Te arrangement was for $XXXX a month however I was making $XXXX payments a month. I advised XXXX that I was making a month payment in advance and she said she would document that. I had made payments without lapse since the arrangement was made. The end of XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice advising me they had filed a judgement against me for non payment and that I should make payment for the remainder immediately. I have been calling them incessantly to have them remedy this to no avail. They have been very dismissive and make excuses for why they ruined my credit. They refuse to discuss the matter although arrangements were already made. They had no reason to file judgement against me.

I had my house foreclosed on XX/XX/XXXX for {$78000.00} and sold for {$38000.00} which left a balance of XXXX. I recently received a letter from a debt collector for {$56000.00} with daily interest of {$7.00} on remaining balance which the letter was delivered XX/XX/XXXX.
