I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX {$250.00}.
Baker and Baker firm has been using illegal tactics for me to pay which at moment I can not pay due to virus and my other bills have accrued. I explained to Baker and Baker that I broke my shoulder in XXXX of 2019 and since then have had to deal with virus and basically have been out of work since XXXX of 2019.
I have borrowed from XXXX before and have intention to pay. Just do not have the money.
I told Baker and Baker to stop emailing me because I am getting mail from another collection agency about this matter and will fix with them through XXXX.
Baker and Baker is threatening me with jail time and return payment of {$4500.00} to handle this.
This is bullying, intimidation and harassment. I have done nothing wrong I just currently can not pay with my current commitments and bills. How can this stop ot has my nerves shot. I have no time for jail or able to pay {$4500.00}. I have saved all of Baker and Baker emails
