I submitted requested to transfer XXXX from my own B9 account to my own XXXX XXXX account, B9 declined transaction. I tried XXXX, B9 declined. XXXX, B9 declined. When I looked at my B9 account there was a pending transaction for XXXX. I told B9 no transactiom for XXXX was requested XXXX XXXX has no tramsaction for that amount as I did not submit one. B9 insisted XXXX XXXX needed to submit a settlement to clear the transaction. I called XXXX XXXX and was told they can not submit a settlement for a transaction that they have no record of. I called B9 back and was told this is an automatic system hold and it will clear on the XXXX. I asked for a supervisor and asked what reason they were holding my money. The funds are going from me to me and they said there is nothing they can do. I did not request or authorize a transaction for XXXX. B9 initiated the transaction for XXXX plus their external wallet fees of XXXX on their own. I have XXXX months plus of bank statements that show B9 transferring my funds as requested XXXX and a separate transaction for external wallet fees XXXX. How can B9 hold my funds for no reason? How can B9 generate a transaction for an amount I did not authorize? I understand they can charge a fee but that is a separate transaction. This makes me wonder how many transactions have they changed my amount or charged without my permission. They are holding my funds and I can not feed my child. I am a single mother with a XXXX child who works XXXX XXXX. My direct deposit just hit and this was all of my money going from myself to myself what other permission is needed. I was told no management person has a direct line and I could not speak to anyone else. I was told there was nothing that could be done my funds were on hold until the XXXX. Nobody knew their fee of XXXX but B9. B9 WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT COULD GENERATE THE TRANSACTION FOR MY REQUEST PLUS THEIR FEES. AGAIN I CAN NOT FEED MY CHILD BECAUSE THEY CHANGED MY AMOUNT AND THEY ARE HOLDING WITHOUT MY PERMISSION FOR NO REASON. HOW CAN YOU JUST TAKE SOMEONES MONEY? ALL OF THEIR MONEY?

This has cost me nearly {$200.00} in " external wallet fees '' since I opened my account them. XXXX also charges a monthly fee of $ XXXX. I am being charged $ XXXX mo since XXXX. Before that, it was {$10.00}. Since opening an account with them, I have paid {$200.00} to use their service.Year to date, my fees have been almost {$400.00}. I feel like this is illegal.

I had to order a replacement card for my account. I called in XX/XX/2023 and the customer representative said they placed the order and it would take 7 - 10 business days to receive it. I called in XXXX XXXX to inform them that I have not received it. That representative said an order was never placed but not to worry they just placed the order and it would take 7 - 10 business days to receive it. Once again never came. Contacted them again and was told a replacement card was never ordered but once again not to worry they are placing the order and it would take 7 - 10 business days to receive it. Never got it. Contacted them again and now it's 3 months later and I'm still waiting for a replacement card. In order to pay my bills I had to transfer money to my XXXX XXXX account which has cost me {$69.00} and I've asked to be reimbursed for because it's their fault someone didn't do their job right and I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. These are the fees. On XX/XX/2023, I attempted to transfer my paycheck from my B9 underwritten by XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX account to my XXXX XXXX account. The initial attempt was {$570.00}, and XXXX XXXX declined the request. I attempted other amounts & they were declined as well. The money was taken my account & is in pending status. I contacted B9 & I was told it was a known issue & they were working through the issue with XXXX XXXX. At this point I had another failed transaction, but the funds were removed from my account for {$43.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was told by B9 that the issue with XXXX XXXX with resolved but they could not release my funds bc it showed processing & I was denied a supervisor. I have bills & I need my money to be released & this company is holding my money & I think it is for investing purposes while I struggle financially. I am experiencing emotional distress.

I filed a complaint case number XXXX back on XXXX. The company XXXX responded with nothing but lies. Stating they don't have records of me calling 3 months in a row requesting a replacement debit card. I would like for all the voice recordings to be pulled regarding my account and that will prove exactly how many times a representative claimed they ordered a new card!! It will also show how many times I've asked to speak to a XXXX or supervisor and how long I was placed on hold and then disconnected. It will also prove how many times I've asked for the corporate phone number and they claimed they don't have it! It will also show how many times they just sat there and laughed.
