Hello My name is XXXX XXXX and I was experiencing XXXX pain from my XXXX and unable to XXXX. This problem continued for over several months and affected me to the point were I was unable to work which caused me to get behind on all of my bills. I finally realized I need to seek medical attention but could not afford to pay {$100.00} copay and additional money needs if prescriptions were ordered so I went to B & R and obtained a signature loan. I went to doctor and several tests were ran and I was diagnosed XXXX positive and advised it might be causing the additional XXXX issues. The medical problems continued due to the medication needed was over {$2000.00} and I just didn't have access to that kind of money and I also was embarrassed and fearful after receiving diagnosis that my job would find out and terminate me so I was being seen as uninsured. B & R called regarding payment and I advised of my inability to pay at this time due to out of control issues. That's when the repeat calls started and I spoke with each person within their office and explained the situation somewhat but told them it was related to IRS issues. I couldn't gain the confidence to disclose the real reason I was unable to work. They called and threatening wage garnishment, disclosed wage garnishment to all my references, left wage garnishment information on my cellphone and at my job. They left message stating that I would be terminated from my job at law firm if they file wage garnishment. They stated that I was avoiding their calls and that I was a terrible person because I stopped communicating with them. They advised me that when they gave the loan I was okay but now that I cant pay I am a terrible person and need to pay up. They advised me instead of paying my rent I can pay them and live in shelter or stay with family and friends. These actions taken by the company has me stressed and adding to medical issues i am battling.

AFTER MAKING NUMEROUS PAYMENTS TO B & F XXXX AND MAKING ARRANGMENTS AFTER DUE TO XXXX AND INFORMING THEM I WAS IN DESPERATE TIMES DUE TO A DEATH DUE TO XXXX AND HAVING TO PAY FOR AN UNEXPECTED FUNERAL DUE TO XXXX DEATH. THEY THEN CALLED MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND INFORMED THEM OF MY PERSONAL ISSUES WHEN MY FAMILY ALREADY KNEW OF MY FAMILY PROBLEMS DUE TO XXXX AND THE DEATH OF A FAMILY MEMEBER THAT WAS A CONTRIBUTING PERSON TO MY HOUSEHOLD. THEY EXPOSED ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION ON A RECORDED LINE TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT I WAS LYING ABOUT MY SITUATION. AFTER THIS I HAD TO EMAIL THEM A CEASE AND DESIST TO STOP ALL COMMUNICATION AND THE HARRASSMENT. THEY WERE PUTTING ME UNDER DURRESS AS A CUNSUMER

I had a loan with Quick Loans aka Dartmouth aka BF Financial in XXXX XXXX I Paid the loan early every month and paid it off 2 months early on XXXX XXXX. I then reported to XXXX and XXXX XXXX... they came back 4 times stating info ( a balance ) was correct and verified correct. I called BF in XXXX XXXX and was told by XXXX ( manager ) that it would be fixed by XX/XX/XXXX per her corporate office. It is still not fixed. I have submitted yet another inquiry through XXXX direct website and the XXXX link on XXXX XXXX, it is still not fixed.

I advised on XX/XX/XXXX that i will try to make a payment on XX/XX/XXXX. I explained that im not working full time due to XXXX. I Rcvd at least 2 or 3 calls each day since XX/XX/XXXX.
