I HAVE COMPLAINED TO YOU ABOUT THIS LOAN SERVING COMPANY WHO RECENTLY TOOK OVER MY VA LOAN. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
THE ISSUE NOW IS XXXX XXXX XXXX HAS HELD UP MY AUDIT REQUEST ON THIS LOAN, I HAVE REQUESTED A FULL AND COMPLETE AUDIT YET TODAY I WAS TOLD XXXX WILL NOT GIVE ME AN AUDIT EVEN THOUGH IT IS THE LAW.
XXXX TOLD ME THIS MORNING THAT COMPLAINING TO CFPB IS A WASTE OF TIME AS THEY ARE USELESS AND HAVE NO POWER OVER XXXX.
AS THESE PROBLEMS CONTINUE TO EXIST I NOW HAVE NO DOUBT CFPB IS INDEED POWERLESS IF SO LET ME KNOW SO I CAN USE THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM

Dealership sold Gap and service contract with a signature obtained from being coerced into scanning document for Gap refund that was supposed to cover me back to me. Instead said it was applied to loan but figures and dates do not match. Added vin to car motor to replicate a metal plate with screws. However fake screws that are not real. Engine is different sold car as a XXXX but actually XXXX. Charged my credit card without my knowledge for services I knew nothing about.
