Re : XXXX Bank / Unlawful Credit Card Debt Collection Practices. Due to a loophole through the court system and a XXXX bank credit card charge-off in 2009 for {$6400.00}, I have been issued a wage garnishment now totaling {$14000.00} through a debt company AZCAR Inc. After a long effort to prove unlawful judgements, deceptive affidavits, debt flipping and AZ interest rate violations, my motions to vacate the case have been denied. AZCAR Inc. had failed to provide acceptable documentation and disclosures of debt ownership but it was disregarded and/ or ignored by the courts. Also, some spreadsheets provided by AZCAR resemble " robo-signed '' copies of uncollectable debt transfers. The '' so-called debt '' was passed along through various debt collectors through incomplete bills of sale. I have also been affected by inaccurate and duplicate debt accounts by credit reporting agencies. This has affected my ability to obtain credit, financing and possible employment in the past years. Collection Information about the debt left an impossible burden of challenging the errors. Now, the {$500.00} a month garnishment has also caused financial hardship. The successful debt collection lawsuit against XXXX bank proves wrongdoing by AZCAR Inc., debt buyers and the bank. The repeating many times over of resale of debt, often for pennies on the dollar, is excessive. I will include in this complaint, various court documentation, unsuccessful debt verification and credit report documentation. If any other documentation is needed, I can supply this on demand.
