On XX/XX/, I was served court papers of a civil suit claim from AXION AQUISTITION VENTURES LLC to sue me for a debt of {$13000.00}. The debt was purchased from the original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. However, the debt was assigned to a Senior Loss Mitigation Analyst due to insolvency. Once documentation was provided of my Insolvency the ordinal creditor never denied or granted the hardship request. They stopped contact and written the debt off. This is the first instance or knowledge that the debt had been sold.

Company taped incorrect financial information and warrant on a house that I do not live, in a state that I do not live in exposing my personal information to random people. This information was screenshot and sent to someone else, who then sent to me. Was not properly served, did not provide validation of debt, and have never done business with this company. In addition to not properly serve, it is in the incorrect jurisdiction, XXXX hours away from where I live.
