I submitted several disputes to XXXX regarding an incorrect reporting by the Connecticut Department of Social Services who continues to incorrectly report my monthly payment history on a child support account that was opened fraudulently by the consumer reporting agency. The credit report shows that I have past due monthly payments in XXXX which is completely not accurate and erroneous. I have disputed this error numerous times with XXXX and the company is fraudulently reporting the errors as correct. Connecticut Department of Social Services has been garnishing weekly payments from my account to pay the weekly payments on-time since XXXX and therefore the payment history and credit rating disputed involving this reporting has been incorrect for the past 16 months that has caused other financial institutions to approve loans and credit cards because of the payment history that is being reported fraudulently and the errors not removed.

I was going through my credit report and noticed several hard credit inquiries that I don't believe I personally authorized. I've attempted to contacted each of those creditors listed and the credit bureaus that appears on my credit report. But after spending countless of hours and days on the phone with them and follow up through mail letters, Ive being giving run around, and they are still reporting inaccurate, incomplete and unverifiable items on my credit report. I've also personally wrote to the credit bureaus to look into this and I haven't received any responses over 30-45 days. Again, I did not believe I personally authorized anyone employed by these companies to make any inquiry and view my credit report. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ) and a serious breach of my privacy rights, and I would like these hard inquiries removed from my credit report immediately if they can not be verified.

I had my credit report run today, trying to refinance my home mortgage that has been going up due to an adjustable rate. I have no late payments on my credit report at all except for a car loan which I made my last payment on and have never been late. In XXXX I went to see my mother in XXXX XXXX as an emergency and forgot to pay but never got a notification from the car company XXXX XXXX XXXX and I 've been pre-paying and paying extra for years. My credit report shows that I am late in the month of XXXX and we are not through the month of XXXX, I paid the entire bill off over the phone today, XX/XX/XXXX. They can not mark me for the month of XX/XX/XXXXif I was not late the entire month of XXXX and they should not mark me late at all after breaking Facra. Hello, This Company is reporting incorrect inaccuracies on my report! I have NEVER took a public report or judgement out! AVANTUS have not followed the FCRA GUIDELINES In properly deleting it! I do not have a public report nor judgement! They claim the information is validated by the credit Credit Bureaus but that is a not true because there is NO judgment or public report listed on experian, transunion, equifax. If this company is governed by the FCRA what are the method of verification used? Because it was told to me and the infomation listed is on their website they get/verify/validate with XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. AVANTUS LLC - Mortgage Reporters Inquiry Date XX/XX/2020 I tried to reach out to this company several times by phone, and email to get this removed from my credit report. I do not recognize this and did not authorize this credit inquiry. This company has very poor customer service or communication regarding this matter. I had no other choice but to contact CFPB to get this taken care of. I have been trying for several months with this company but they do not cooperate.
