In XX/XX/XXXX, I voluntarily handed my car back into the lender, XXXX XXXX. This was around the time I was learning more about interest and, even though I had the car for about a year or so, I learned that my interest rate was 17 % and I would be upside down on that loan for a long time. I had no issues paying the car note, I only voluntarily gave the car back because I could not get from under that loan, and the car was not in top condition. The lender, XXXX XXXX reported the car as a voluntary repossession that next month, and continued to report that for the next few years. I was not aware of this until XXXX, upon applying for a mortgage loan. I did, however, dispute with XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I learned that once the car is taken back to the lender, voluntarily or involuntarily, the lender has the chance to sell the car to regain debt. I called XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with a member from account services. I was told that the car had been sold and my balance at the time was {$100.00}. I was willing to pay the {$100.00} to clear the debt on my credit. I informed the account specialist I would pay the debt in person. Upon trying to pay the debt, I learned that they were not willing to take my payment, nor correct the inaccuracy on my credit report. The balance in XXXX still reflected the same amount it was in XXXX. I personally wrote the owner of the company, XXXX XXXX, to dispute this inaccuracy. They did not fix the inaccuracy but yet continued to report through XXXX, the voluntary repossession. As the mortgage lender is explaining this to me in XXXX of XXXX, I could only think to myself how I tried to fix this inaccuracy almost 2 years ago and it is not only still producing an issue, but causing hardship to my XXXX credit report.
I did dispute this inaccuracy to XXXX and XXXX, both of which removed the inaccuracy in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX did not remove the inaccuracy. I recently disputed the inaccuracy the day after I was informed, on XX/XX/XXXX. I sent the corresponding emails showing where I reached out to the company in XX/XX/XXXX to dispute the balance inaccuracy, being that the car was resold. The balance as of today, still does not reflect what the balance was at the time the car was sold. XXXX updated the results of the dispute of XX/XX/XXXX after it has been received via certified mail XX/XX/XXXX. I was not informed by email that the dispute has been updated. I am also not aware of the results or have been shown proof that the inaccuracy has been verified. I have logged online and searched everywhere to find the dispute results, and as of XX/XX/XXXX, I have still not been informed of the results. Only that the dispute is complete. Furthermore, I tried to call XXXX. I had to press 0 for an operator. They asked me to verify my social and my address then told me they could not connect me with an agent. I want to know who and how they verified this information being that I know it's inaccurate. I would like this matter to be further investigated and for this account to be deleted from my XXXX credit report. I would also like XXXX XXXX to be further investigated as well. They have quite the reputation, and their XXXX reviews further support that.
Thank you for your assistance on this matter.

I received a call on XX/XX/XXXX and my account representative with the company was like I owed {$810.00} for car insurance but back in XXXX I had made a big payment and she said all that would be included in the payment and that my next payment would be due in XXXX. So when she reached out and said I owe the {$810.00} I was confused and was like you said it was paid back in XXXX and that my next payment wasnt till XXXX and she was like thats what she thought and continued to say that my car would be cut off if I didnt make the payment so I told her I didnt have it to pay right then and there and so she asked when Ill be able to pay it I let her know I wasnt sure because I wasnt expecting to pay that kind of money and I told her I may be able to pay the following week and before we ended the call I asked her can she put what she said over the phone into an email and she said yes and we ended the call. When I didnt receive an email I reached out through email and asked again and never got a response I have continued to call leave voicemails and email them and have to yet receive a response.

I contacted Automotive Management in XX/XX/2022 in regards to sales contract and repossession information pertaining to a balance of {$7000.00} remaining on my credit report, however I was unsuccessful. Under the laws of the State of North Carolina and State RISA and MVISA statutes, a deficiency can not be claimed {$7000.00} unless all of the required notices were properly and timely given, and all of the allowable redemption and cure time limits were adhered to. Consumer never received any documents and the remaining balance being reported is now questioned due to the laws required not followed. Also From information gathered 15 U.S. Code 1605 - Determination of finance charge ( a ) Finance charge defined ( PLEASE READ ) there should have been no exchange of cash on the credit transaction therefore I am demanding a refund of the down payment amount {$1500.00}.

Upon checking my credit report on XXXX/XXXX/2015 it appears that Automotive Management has increased the amount of my reported debt to credit agencies without notification from {$4500.00} to {$5800.00} increase of {$1200.00} ) Automotive Management has never informed me that they have assumed liability of a debt I owe or that I have signed into an agreement with Automotive Management. Nor has Automotive Management provided me with a notice of sale date, location, or details of said Vehicle repossessed by Automotive Management
