A law suit was filed against me for my ex-husbands childcare debt at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Washington. He left a {$5100.00} debt unpaid in XXXX of XXXX, we were legally divorced XXXX XXXX. When we separate in XX/XX/XXXXwe each had our own contract with XXXX and we both continued to use the daycare. I continued to pay my portion, he did not. The debt was bought by Automated Accounts Collection agency, I informed them it was not my debt. They started legal proceeding in XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXXwe had hearings scheduled ( I attended each one with my attorney ; one AA rep did not show ). At the XX/XX/XXXX, hearing the Attorney stated he was going to see why XXXX never pursued my ex-husband. We explained then to the attorney we were determined to go to trial if needed to fight this. There were no further court hearings, notices, or requests from Automated Accounts ( not even monthly statements of the account ) to me or my attorney. I notice my paycheck was greatly reduced on XX/XX/XXXX, stating a writ of garnishment. I was not even notified of a hearing prior to prove my case that it was not my debt. After this discovery and talking with HR/finance dept, I tried to research what had happened. Automated Accounts scheduled a hearing XX/XX/XXXX ; they did not notify me or my attorney of it and moved quickly on a garnishment. Now they state the debt is {$7100.00}. I still hope to have my day in court and get this resolved.

I was served a summons today to be sued from Automated Accounts, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had a credit repair company I had been working with to help repair my debts owed and this company would not participate. I tried and I am now being sued with my XXXX in XXXX and not being able to work, my health is poor and I am now becoming more stressed as I had tried to eliminate a debt the best I could. I live on XXXX social security and XXXX I have a hardship case at this point in my life and the amount is {$8200.00} and {$210.00} interest. I need help to resolve this, I turned the car back to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I couldn't work anymore and had to give the car back due to my health issue that have exacerbated through all this harassment, especially after not working with the credit repair people, XXXX XXXX XXXX who was working with my accounts owed and now suing me for attorney fees etc. please help me. This is the district court in XXXX wa, sincerely

Received a collection agency notice from AAI stating I owed XXXX University over XXXX XXXX in outstanding tuition. This is strange since there is XXXX XXXX in interest, and there has never been any other correspondence through AAI until the statement dated XX/XX/21. Also erroneous since I have never attended this institution nor have I ever registered. The claim seems legitimate since they collection agency has my name and address correct but no other proof is disclosed. Typically, when receiving invoice I question the intent, the amount and even the validity before responding.

I have disputed the information on my credit report for date opened and they will not change it. The date that they have listed is the day they bought the past due balance from XXXX XXXX XXXX. By law the date opened is the date global opened the account. If the date was made correct it would be past time to be off all my credit reports. Also i would like them to provide me with a copy of the contract of original loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX.

I was taken to a hospital for a severe XXXX XXXX and put into a XXXX XXXX for recovery. My insurance denied to cover me for another week and I wasnt told until the of that it happened. I had no way to leave and was three and half hours from home. No car no clothes and not able to walk. I tried to pay the XXXX XXXX a payment but they wont take what I can afford. Now I received this.

This company is calling from a private number, calling starting a conversation as though a friend is calling, there is no information about this company being a debt collection agency. They are falsely representing themselves and calling very frequestly.

Debt collector refuses to provide validation to verify this debt is owed by me. They are negatively reporting to credit bureaus but have failed to prove I am legally obligated and responsible for the debt they are reporting.
