I went to A1 Action Cash to get a loan on my car in XXXX XXXX and I paid on time. In XX/XX/XXXX the car stopped running but I continued to make payments on it. In XX/XX/XXXX I took the car to the dealership to attempt to get it fixed. I paid {$500.00} in attempt to fix what the dealership said was wrong with it. I told the office manager that I could no longer pay off the loan because of financial issues but she refused to go get the car because it was inoperable, although I told her where the car was located. She filed criminal charges against me with malicious intent to have me put in jail even though a crime has not been committed. When we showed up in court, she committed acts of perjury stating that she called the dealership and an employee told her that there was a storage fee of {$500.00} which was not true because I paid my service repair fee in full on XX/XX/XXXX. I also went to the dealership and spoke to the service supervisor to ask if I owed anything that I was not aware of and he told me that I paid what was owed which was only {$500.00} for the service that was done on the car. I did not owe any storage fee.

I got a title loan from A1 action Cash XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX they advertised 0 percent interest for 30 days the manager told me it was a minimum charge of XXXX dollars if paid out in full with in 30 days. I was contacted before it was due telling me that the district manager was not willing to agree to the 0 percent interest and wanted to change it to the 25 percent before it was even due. I said that wasnt in the contract I had signed and was not willing to change anything. I went to pay it out and they tried to add a XXXX dollar late fee even though I wasnt late paid on the XX/XX/XXXX this place is corrupt and needs something done

Payment wasnt due until XX/XX/XXXX they said they were refusing payment and would then pick my car up for being late and that the only choice I had was to payout the XXXX that they wouldnt accept any other payment. They also have charged multiple people with 25 percent interest for over 5 months.
