I have had nothing but problems with the service that the collectors provides at this dealership as well as the mechanics. Their emblem is a smiley face, but I dont think I have ever smiled after talking to anyone there. Complaints are that I have been cursed, belittled, told that I would n't receive anymore calls from anyone after I filed my last complaint. I was supposed to have filed at least ten complaints since then. I was told I wouldnt receive anymore calls before XXXX because I am at work and its inconvenient and then the next call i receive was XXXX. I was given a deferment but did n't know it until after it was done. I made both payments because I was trying to catch up and then afterwards was told that I am ahead now. I then asked to make sure that the funds are applied correctly and not to the late fees and that I will start making payments to the late fees separately. Now I have said this at least 20 times to different representatives that keeps applying the partial payments to late fees without adjusting it. My last consistent representative would send a door knocker to my house literally every single time that I did n't answer her daytime call. I became very close with the door knocker because she as well, confirmed that it seems like my representative is using it as a scare tactic. I have had the repo lady door knocker call me and work out a ppa with me and then she would call the same lady that kept giving me a hard time and she would belittle me and say she wont go for that. I even gave her my XXXX without her asking to show her I am making double and half payments please just allow me to catch up, she then told me to use my rent check. I had told her my XXXX and to just give me time to figure out a payment and she still was rude and unsympathetic. Then weeks later my grandmother died. I was still attempting to make payments, she just wanted me to make three. I was told if I made payments I would get a deferment so I make payment and nothing. Throughout my course of being with the finance company, I have had to beg them to take payments at one time, begged not to talk to certain people and then to find out they just end up changing their name and using their last name. I have been through the ringer with them. XXXX. The operations manager told me that I would not have to talk to anyone ever again from the company and if I needed something to call him. I have left messages, demanded to speak with him and also told the company that I will catch up payments after I hear back from him because my payment were n't being applied correctly and to let him know that I was still receiving calls vs him advising me I would never receive any. The representative that I last was dealing with regularly, I had spoken with her and then told her I would make some calls and call her back and she then called me back two hours later. I will attach all of my call records. Their main # is XXXX but they also had the repo lady calling and calling restricted. My last call I was told that the payment was applied to the late fees and so I advised to have operations manager call me and I wouldnt make any payments until and I waited like always and have not received a call back from him at all, have been refused to transfer me to him. At this point I would like to know if there is a local attorney that I can reach out to. I was supposed to file at least 10 different complaints, but I know how damaging that can be for a company, because I am a collector as well. I can sit here and list over 20 different violations from the company and their representatves. Lastly, took my truck for oil change prior to warranty exp and told them I spelled gas heavily and was told no its no leak so now its parked until i c what happens here.

So I had a couple problems with the truck transmission was hard to get to first gear the tires were bad so I gave. Then a call an ask can I get out of the contract 12 CFR 226.15 -Right to Rescission I called an tried to get a break down of my finance charges I never got anyone to sit down and clearly inconsistently disclose the following of my contract I only got a contract that was broke down with an I supposed to pay. I called anhave them a call an spoke with agent about my problem they told to call XXXX XXXX. So I call and of course there was packed up for weeks called again then it was months that's what the representative told me when I called. So I got annoyed an started ask questions I called in and asked for assistance with breaking down my finance charges I was denied so they didn't conspicuously break down in detail or define or show me what my financial charge. So I started asked for help looking up My rights as. A Consumer and what I found was against my consumer 's rights also I put down payment of {$2600.00} to make my payments Low. But when I do more research 15 USC 1662 that was against my consumers right an I was told if I put a down payment on the vehicle that my car note would be low. I complained they did nothing only ask for a payment I got annoyed an did more research so I call an ask why was XXXX XXXX put inside My car payment meaning in order to Pay My car note I have to pay them in all not separate transactions. Also they never break down the sum of all charges in my loan?? So how can it be a sum of all charges when don't know what was charged into the finance charges 15 USC 1605 I didn't talk to nobody but sale person so there was no determine of finance. Also when go look up my credit history or credit profile on XXXX it clearly shows that my APR 20.9 but the APR on the contract/ Agreement it's 21.0292. So they repossess my vehicle and I clearly asked him and told them I didn't want any third parties coming to my property it was against my consumer 's right that I only had a contract with financing not a third party violations of my consumer rights 15 USC 1692 also I made a phone call to the sales manager so she connected me to the finance manager and we talked about a service plan and I told her I didn't have the service plan so what she did was she sent me a copy of it and before she send me a copy of the app told her I did not want her to get a copy of my signature that I would come in a sign it myself but she disregard what I wanted and she emailed me the service papers with my signature and I did not want her to do that I wanted to sign it myself so I can know that it was valid. In closing I just want to state that I've tried to call talk this company if I knew the information I've gathered in the last 120 days I would have used this information when I went to purchase the vehicle. This is why Congress wrote these legislations and rules and policies to protect the consumer 's rights of the individuals who's posing a threat to the consumers the natural person..

I purchased a vehicle from Drive Now on XX/XX/XXXX. Drive Now is a buy here pay here car dealership. I had previously purchased another vehicle from Drive Now in XXXX and had successfully paid off my loan earlier this year. I am not a new customer to Drive Now. Recently, I had to have significant mechanical repair work performed on the vehicle which caused me a financial hardship since I had to pay a {$300.00} deductible to Drive Now to have my vehicle repaired. Since I knew I needed to request additional time to make my car payment I reached out to Drive Now and requested an extension on my car payment. When I called to request the extension to make my car payment I was told by Drive Now employee XXXX that my current loan was not going to be secure unless I called back and made arrangements as quickly as possible. This conversation with XXXX took place on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not want to be in breach of my car loan and was able to setup a secured payment for XX/XX/XXXX in order to make up for the payment I missed on XX/XX/XXXX. On Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, I received a phone call from a man identifying himself as XXXX from an unrecognized phone number. I replied wrong number and I hung up the phone since I normally do not take phone calls from unrecognized numbers due to past incidents with phone scams. I then called Drive Now and asked to speak to XXXX. When she got on the line I was told she was the only one there and had not spoken to me. I requested to speak to her supervisor and transferred me to XXXX. He stated that had called me before but I had hung up on him and explained I usually hang up on callers from unrecognized phone numbers. XXXX then proceeded to say now youre going to verify the last XXXX digits of your social security number in a rude and condescending manner. I tried to explain to XXXX my current situation and he interrupted by saying, did you not Bonus this month? I said what are you talking about he said you work for XXXX so you didnt bonus? I then said that I dont bonus at my job and he asked me what my position was and I had told him Quality Analyst. Then he proceeded to ask me do you know XXXX? I was shocked and felt uncomfortable because I do work with another XXXX XXXX employee named XXXX and then I said to XXXX I am going to discuss other employees with him from XXXX. He then got very upset and said I will give you till Friday to make your payment. I am concerned that since he told me he knew a fellow employee, he could violate my confidentiality and privacy by discussing my personal account information. In addition, it was completely inappropriate that he mentioned that he knew one of my coworkers, which made me feel he was intimidating me and/or threatening me and he could embarrass me would by divulging my private account and/or financial difficulties to my co-worker. I am now current with all of my car payments with Drive Now. However, I feel I was treated unfairly and unethically by XXXX. In addition, XXXX actions were reckless, threatening and very unprofessional. He has violated my privacy and Im certain it is not one of Drive Nows policies or procedures to threaten or intimidate customers by breaking confidentiality requirements so I am bringing this complaint to your attention.

I had to voluntarily surrender the vehicle due to my finances and personal medical hardship. When the company picked up the vehicle they were very rude and threatened to garnish wages. After the vehicle was picked up I never heard from the company. I didn't even know what the remaining deficiency balance was until my credit was pulled. When I was advised it was on my credit I contacted the company asking for them to send me a paper with the detailed information about the deficiency balance and what they got for the vehicle at auction and so forth. I was told it would be sent, they had an old address which I had updated but clearly was never updated so once again I gave them the new address. I still never received any letters providing information. I never received any calls either. All of a sudden someone shows up to my home and asked my XXXX year old where I was and she told them I was outside so this man walks up to me and hands me a civil summons and says this is for you and XXXX. He never asked me my name or anything. When I review the papers I see its civil summons for the vehicle and on the papers once again they have an old address that I have told them I was no longer at. Also on the summons it stated they have tried to contact me and work with me on the deficiency balance which is a complete lie. I have never received calls from them and if they called they never left a voicemail stating who they were and where to call. I never received any documents in the mail either. I called them again yesterday after I got a response to my first complaint as they stated in the response that they have mailed things and called me but they were willing to still work with me. When I called the manager XXXX was not available so I was told he would call me today XX/XX/2019. I received a missed call from an unknown number and a voicemail. when I went to check the voicemail it was 6 sec long with no one speaking just complete silence. So how am I supposed to know who is calling me and to call back. I decided to call the number back just to see who it was and by shock it was the manager XXXX. He was very rude off the start of the conversation. I told him I have no documents and have never gotten any calls but am calling to see what they can do to work with me. Every time I tried to speak he spoke over me and told me I was being combative. I asked for his manager or someone above him as I could clearly not get a word in as he kept speaking over me. He told me there was no one above him and he was the only person that I could talk to. When I asked what options I had or what they could do to work with me he basically only gave me one option which I am unable to afford and that why I had to turn the vehicle in. he would give me any options to make payments on the balance anything and still kept being rude and interrupting me. The conversation got no where. So not only have they threatened us when picking up the vehicle but they never sent any documents and lied on the civil summons and are not willing to work with us at all.

I disputed this account with XXXX and Auto Now Financial Services on XX/XX/XXXX the company is inaccurately reporting information to my credit report and continues to report late payments on a repossessed auto loan, not only has this company taken $ XXXX from me but when hit in a time of hardship repossessed my vehicle and sold it. Somehow after paying them $ XXXX in the past two and a half years I still owe them $ XXXX and they have no sympathy for my situation and took and sold my vehicle. Now they are inaccurately reporting to the credit bureau and making my credit score decrease. The company has not returned my personal property even when I have requested information on how to retrieve it. When I asked them to send me a detailed description of the amount I owe because it does not add up and a record of sale of the vehicle they stated that it would cost {$10.00} for them to do that. This company has such terrible business practices and does not care for their loyal long term customers. You would think that when someone pays you {$500.00} plus fees a month over the course of two and a half years youd work with them. I always have made the high overpriced payments every two weeks and when I fell behind i always got the loan caught back up. This company harasses me everyday for their money, but Ill tell you like I told them, THEY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME AFTER THEY REPOSSESSED MY VEHICLE. So either they stop reporting fabricated information to the credit bureaus or I will sue them. They should be shut down for their unfair practices, I was XXXX years old when I signed a loan with them, not once was I under the impression I would be paying $ XXXX for a XXXX vehicle with XXXX miles on it. I was under the impression the loan was for $ XXXX all together and according to XXXX the salesman the loan would be paid off in two years, after reading my loan documents a couple months after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a page that XXXX did not put much attention to, it stated over the life of my loan Ill have paid $ XXXX for a car with XXXX miles on it that was 4 years old. That is downright ridiculous, I could have bought a brand new car for that amount of money. I am so frustrated with this financial burden and I truly hope nobody else is ever put in my position by this company BUYER BEWARE on XX/XX/XXXX Auto Now Financial Services sent ME an email stating I was {$600.00} behind on my payments, but they reported to XXXX that in XXXX I was only {$300.00} behind, then when I disputed that and the fact that the vehicle has been reposed they certified to XXXX that the information is accurate when I have hard evidence that it is not. I have submitted my evidence to XXXX and am waiting for their response. Liars and thieves thats all Auto Now Financial Services is, thats all they ever have been since I have had a loan with the company they just lie and lie and lie. Unfair business practices, unfair interest rates, and unfair pricing on vehicles.

Today, just like other days, I had called Auto Now Financial Services because they constantly call me, and my family to harrass me about making payments after I 've made arrangements. I asked the representative why the company continues to call and harrass me about making payments after I 've made payment arrangements, that I go through this all the time when I call, due to them having no empathy for a customer 's situation. She proceeded to get disrespectful, saying they will take the car unless I paid them by Friday, that they could n't wait till next Wednesday the XXXX as I agreed. I told her she could n't threaten me, and if that 's what they want to do, then do it. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but she hung up on me. I called back again, and the same representative answered. I asked her to speak with a representattive, and she hung up. I called back again another representative started off being disrespectful after I asked to speak with a supervisor. I told her not to talk to me that way, and I needed a supervisor. She calmed down, and claimed they were in a meeting, and wo n't be available till an hour later. So I waited till I got off work to call back. When I called back, I asked for a supervisor. I was aske for my information, and then I was transfered to XXXX the XXXX. He was so cold after explaining my situation. He insisted I made an arrangement to pay on the XXXX of this month, when I said I would pay on the XXXX. I told him to listen to the recording. He isisted his notes were right, and would n't pull the recording. He told me that was n't his problem, to pay now, or he 'll have my car towed. I told him I wo n't pay now, 'cause I do n't have it now, to do what he had to do. So he told me he is sending his tow truck out right now to tow my car, and asked is my at an apartment company which he named. I told him yes, and he said they are on their way to get it. The whole time he was on the phone talking he kept saying things about my XXXX XXXX, like what am I teaching my XXXX XXXX by not paying my bills, if I take your car, how can I get my XXXX XXXX to doctor appointments, that I need to manage my money, pretty much saying hurtful things, yet not trying to work with me. This is all after explaing to him I lost my job working from home due to my apartment flooding. Again he said it was n't his problem, that I needed to pay my pill, and asked me for my work information to send a fax to know what I make, and my pay dates. Of course this set me off, and I let him have a huge piece of my mind. And after him threatening me to tow the car so many times, I told him to take it. After about an hour of us raising our voices to each other, and the direspect. He calmed down, which made me calm down, and we were able to come to an agreement. If he just was the person he bcame in the end at the begining of the phone call, things would have been fine. Majority of this companies customer service is very rude, and inconsiderate.

My name is XXXX XXXX, please find proof of identification attached below. This is not a third party company. I am doing this complaint by my self. I am writing this complaint from my understanding of the Federal Law. First and foremost, I am revoking the power of attorney given to Auto Now financial Services. There has been several ongoing issues relevant to my consumer credit contract I hold with Auto Now Financial Services. Upon reviewing my receipts and contracts I have noticed : 1. According to federal laws the finance charge is the sum of all charges. So why was I charged a down payment plus other fees, title, registration processing, and insurance? THIS VIOLATES FEDERAL LAWS! There are also several errors relevant to the amount financed and what's owed. 2. I noted contract paid off in XX/XX/2019, closed then reopened. Then I took notice to my contract number which I have paper work for, until I tried signing up online and had to call for contract information to access portal because there was a change. I did not receive any written notice and this was without my knowledge. Nothing in the mail to my XXXX, Az Address. This is FRAUD! 3. I make payments biweekly, per month to Auto Now Financial Services. Yet when payments are made on time, they are being furnished to consumer reporting agencies as late. This is also fraud and violate the federal laws. Auto Now financial has several times violated federal laws, they have threatened me with repossession over the phone, they have caused me emotional distress by intentionally getting into arguments when I call to enquire about payments and due dates prior to having assess to online portal. I have reached to Auto Now Financial Services on multiple occasions just wanting to discuss my accounts but it always turns out into an argument and threats. This is also a violation of federal laws. As the consumer I will seek litigation against Auto Now Financial Services and the consumer reporting agencies in the event that these issues are not fixed.

On XX/XX/XXXX I financed a vehicle with XXXX XXXX 's with Auto Now being the lender. My down payment was paid via debit card and the money was debited from my bank account immediately. A few days later my card issuer, XXXX XXXX, contacted me in regards a to a suspicious transaction due to it being larger than most of my purchases. from a company under a different name than XXXX XXXX 's or Auto Now. Due to the company not being under the name I've heard of I stated that the charge was unauthorized. On XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by XXXX from XXXX XXXX 's in regards to a chargeback that AutoNow received on my down payment due to the dispute XXXX XXXX opened for the charge. It was then made clear to me that the disputed charge was valid. After that point, I contacted my XXXX XXXX to let them I was withdrawing my claim and the charge was valid and the claim should be closed in favor of the merchant, which XXXX XXXX received and acknowledged. Everyday since XX/XX/XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX 's has called me for an update on what XXXX XXXX said and I have kept him up to date with every email. XXXX XXXX has stated that the claim is still being reviewed and will will be closed by XX/XX/XXXX. Due to my loan being with Auto Now I decided to give them a call on XX/XX/XXXX to discuss the matter. When mentioned the situation to the representative at Auto Now they stated there is no problem with my account and all payments are in good standing. Following this conversation I payed Auto Now a total of {$590.00} for the monthly car note, license plates, registration, and collateral insurance. Today XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX 's stating Auto Now would be repossessing my vehicle if I did not bring them {$2000.00} in cash by XXXX today. I have made all of my payments on time and they have taken my money with no problem. Now they're threatening to repossess my vehicle regardless of XXXX XXXX holding the funds and regardless of me making my payments on time.

I purchased a XXXX from Auto Now Financial also known as XXXX on XX/XX/2016. On XX/XX/2016 someone wrecked into me totalling my car. The dealer Auto Now Financial informed me of a program they offer to get me into another car through their company once the insurance company paid off my XXXX. The program was explained to me that I only pay {$98.00} to drive off the lot. This money covers the auto insurance that they provided for me. I chose a car on XX/XX/2016 a XXXX. Within XXXX or XXXX days of driving the car I returned it to the dealer complaining of the front end did not feel safe. I was told they do not cover new tires. I then took the car to another mechanic and was told the XXXX was not safe to drive on and would need to be fixed immediately. I then took it back to Auto Now and informed them of this. They kept my car for one day then rerurned it to me stating it was the tires and again it is not covered under warranty. I requested that in writing and they refused. I then contacted the finance department and informed them I will not make the scheduled payment of {$500.00} due on XX/XX/2016 or the first payment of {$210.00} due on XX/XX/2016. They repossessed the car on XX/XX/2016 when the temporary plate had expired and sold it in auction on XX/XX/2016. Auto Action then reported the car on my credit report as an open loan for {$10000.00} showing XXXX payments being made in good standing. Their action has kept me from being able to finance another vehicle. I was informed by another dealership that a loan is not funded by the lender if the buyer fails to make the first payment, ie down payment. I have information about the issues with the car from the previous owner of this vehicle showing the malfunctions were previously known by the dealer. These actions look like various forms of fraud by the dealership not only to consumers but to financial institutions and insurance companies as well.

I am filing a complaint on Auto Now Financial Services. This company is fraudulent. I purchase a XXXX truck in XXXX of XXXX. I purchased the extended warranty with the vehicle. By XXXX engine had blown..I paid the XXXX deductible, put the car in their shop where it sat for almost three months. They then allowed an outside vendor to do the work on my carwithout even telling me. Then they could not get a hold of the people that had my car to get it back. I was lividand know this can not be legal. They agreed to put me in a new vehicle, which is the car I have now. It is a XXXX XXXX. I have been making payments o this car for about a year of almost XXXX a monthmind you..this car is a XXXX vehicle. I made a payment of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX which brought me current..and the. On XX/XX/XXXX they pulled another XXXX off my card without my consent. They continue to charge me for a warranty I requested to be cancelled 4 months ago. I. Called today and spoke to XXXX. I wanted to know why I can not access the online portal to make my payments. I advised him that although my account is current .the portal reflects my last payment being made in XXXX.and showed me behind 2 payments. I was told the online portal is being updatedwhich I find hard to believe because I was told the same thing about 4months ago. I told him that I have a right to be able to see my account details including my principal going down on this loan. He hung up in my face. I called right back. He answered the all. In XXXX I purchased the vehicle and was told if I did not have motor vehicle insurance then it would get included with my contract and my payment will be an extra {$160.00} a month for my insurance. Both parties signed the document and every payment I made included my car insurance payment. I received a notice from the motor vehicle division of Arizona in XXXX saying I had 15 days to provide insurance on my vehicle. XXXX gon na get my registration suspended. I called my finance company who I make my car payment and my insurance payment to, and they stated that they are not covering my vehicle for full coverage and I still have to provide my own insurance even though my contract shows they are supposed to be providing insurance for my vehicle since its included with my payment, theyre not wanting to give me any credit back for any of the insurance payments that Ive made to them even though they have no insurance coverage on my vehicle my registration is suspended because there is no coverage that has been placed on that vehicle I can not drive to get my kids to or from school Because every two weeks this company still wants that payment for that insurance and I am unable to provide my own paying for an invisible insurance coverage. Please help!! I am a single mother of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who is barely financially making it. The vehicle I had before was very old and all the repairs I just couldnt afford to keep up any longer and so for my childrens XXXX XXXX, such as XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I need a vehicle to get them to their appointment so I had to go get a vehicle where I could And I am now regretting this decision. I didnt choose this finance company. I had called to try to make arrangements to catch up my car payments, so around XXXX/XXXX/15 i called my car company and asked the representative to setup a payment on my account and to take out XXXX payments on XXXX/XXXX/15 ; I realized that she had included late fees, so I called today to adjust the amount because I could n't pay the late fees but was able to pay the XXXX payments as scheduled ; The representative said that she needs to get a managers approval ; Then all of a sudden I think her name was XXXX jumped on the phone ( now this isnt the XXXX time me and her didnt see eye to eye. She wanted to know the reason i was reducing the payments ; advised that i was trying to get the payments caught up and then i will pay the late fees ; she told me that according to my history I dont stick to my arrangements that I set up ; I then got upset and advised that she can cancel the payments all together and I will just come in and make the payments ; she was irate and belittling ; i ended the call because advised her that I will be late back to work soon. I voluntarily gave a car back I had less than 2 months due to this company having poor customer service and the car had too many problems. They took me to court less than 2 weeks after I gave them the car back and filed a default judgment before the 20 days I was allowed to respond without making any contact with me to do a payment plan for the remaining balance or any efforts to collect the debt. In less than 30 days before I even knew there even was a judgment, my wages are getting garnished and I never received any notice that my wages were getting garnished until I looked at my pay stub. I took them to court on XXXX to lower the percentage being taken out of my check from 25 % to 18 % yet they were still taking over 25 % of my check every check. On XXXX XXXX the balance was paid in full but they never filed a satisfaction of judgment with the courts. The beginning of this year I was told by the courts to contact them to file the satisfaction of judgment so I can give that to the credit bureau to get it off my credit. They are not only refusing to file it they claim I only paid {$2600.00} and I still owe them {$3900.00} but wo n't tell me that directly when I ask them for proof by giving me their accounting logs. I paid them {$6500.00} and have proof of that. I feel some sort of consumer fraud is happening on their part being they 're trying to double collect on a debt that has already been paid. They even changed the case number when submitting it to my employer for the second time making my employer believe it 's a new case for garnishment. They also keep sending any required papers to my old address from four years ago when they have been given my current address to try and get what they want without me being able to respond to it and it possibly being denied.

XX/XX/2023, 18 days after arriving in Arizona, I chose to trust Drive Now auto dealership and Auto Now Financial financing company in regard to purchasing a vehicle. I chose a XXXX XXXX XXXX. This vehicle was in my possession for every bit of 66 days. This vehicle continued to give me issues, from day one, and even after their service department stated the problems were fixed. I took it back to the dealer on XX/XX/2023 because I smelled oil burning. On XX/XX/2023 I was informed to take the vehicle into their service department, the vehicle could not get in until the XXXX and was kept until the XX/XX/XXXX. Nothing changed it got worse. I even paid for services to the vehicle, and it continued not to conform to my standards nor my needs. On XX/XX/2016 I purchased a vehicle from Auto Now Financial Service Company. I was never late on my payments the car was totaled in an auto accident in XX/XX/2016 and was paid in full by XXXX XXXX XXXX paid directly to Auto Now Financial. I attempted to purchase another vehicle from Auto Now Financial although this was done at a different location owned by the same company. The car I was trying to purchase had front axle damage. I reported this problem to the dealership within the first five days. The dealership stated " how do you know it is axle damage? we do not cover tired damage '' I again informed them I took the car to a mechanic who informed me it was axle problem and the car was unsafe to drive. The dealership had previously removed two locking bolts from the two front tires prior to me taking the car. I informed the dealership that I did not want this vehicle and they refused to take it back. The car sat in my apartment complex for three weeks before the dealership showed up with a tow truck to take it. I never gave them a down payment and never made a monthly payment for this vehicle. I have tried several times to work with my loan company in regards to my payments. They are unwilling to work with me. I lost my job due to being in a XXXX XXXX relationship. The business states in the contract that if an account is more than 60 days past due, then there will be a dispute given from the company. Any Service Contract that exceeds 60-days past due will be deemed as voided, and shall be cancelled immediately and without further notice. However, the company calls once a day 7 days a week. When you try to make your payments by phone, they harass you that they cant help you and will repossess at 30-days past due. They put you on hold multiple times and hang up, so that they wont take your payment. They imply theres a contract stating its 30-days past due and will repossess when there was no contract signed by me. Neither the representatives or the recovery team will provide this. They suggest having the manger provide it to you, but you will not hear anything back again. The representatives and recovery team are very unprofessional and ill-mannered. They talk over you and threaten you non-stop with this 30-day contract rule they have. When you finally speak up, they ignore you and hang up. Itll take at least 3-4 times until they will actually take your payment.

We first off had told the company that they sold us a broken car and they weren't willing to fix it. We couldn't afford the payments any longer so when they came to pick up the care they threatened to Garnish my husbands wages. After they picked up the car I never heard anything else from them. Purchased a car thru Auto Now financial in XXXX of XXXX. My first payment was not due until XX/XX/XXXX. Before that date arrived I started receiving delinquent payment notices. Every month for a year I received these notices, sometimes twice a month. Every month I requested a date or payment information that I was delinquent from.
