I have filed a complaint with Tennessee XXXX XXXX XXXX . I plan to file with the BBB and a law suit to follow. I believe this company has set up there computer programs to charge customers late fees, regardless if that payment is late or not. I have a ledger uploaded with more than {$3000.00} in late fees. Some examples are as followed ; On XXXX / XXXX / XXXX a partial payment was missed. XXXX / XXXX / XXXX a payment was made. On XXXX / XXXX / XXXX a non sufficient fund charge of {$96.00} was charged ( for the XXXX / XXXX / XXXX payment ). on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX another payment was made. Auto Masters then charged a late fee to every payment made after that non sufficient fund charge, ever made for the next XXXX yrs. Payments that were made on time, where charged a late fee. XXXX XXXX on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX stated, they over charged us by {$30.00} and offered to credit and defer the balance by adding it to the end of the loan. Auto Masters has charged over XXXX payments a late charge indiscriminately. Around {$3000.00}. After that initial missed partial payment. Extra payment were made noticeable XXXX / XXXX / XXXX {$400.00}, XXXX / XXXX / XXXX {$200.00}, XXXX / XXXX / XXXX {$230.00}. XXXX / XXXX / XXXX {$200.00}, XXXX / XXXX / XXXX {$200.00}, XXXX / XXXX / XXXX {$200.00}, XXXX / XXXX / XXXX {$200.00}, XXXX / XXXX / XXXX {$180.00}, XXXX / XXXX / XXXX {$200.00}. No matter how much we missed, or over paid, every payment was given a {$30.00} late fee. If we were short {$5.00} on a payment, they charge a {$30.00} late fee. If we paid a extra {$200.00} that month, they charged that payment {$30.00} late fee. I even mentioned a issue with the car, where we were promised a reimbursement of gas. During this process of complaining about the late fees, Auto Masters reimbursed us for the gas. It appears they took a late fee of {$30.00} out of the reimbursement on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX . As of XXXX / XXXX / XXXX I began making the car payments, there was a miscommunication with my roommate. She told me car payments were {$230.00} due the XXXX and the XXXX . I have been paying over the amount due, yet none of it went to the principal. They stole the extra money by indiscriminating charging late fees to every payment made. This horrendous action has continued for XXXX years of the loan. I believe if investigated, the company will be exposed for taking ten of thousands unjustly from the customers. They are taking from the community, a community of military, veterans and their dependents. Customers who are struggling financially or credit wise or both. The way they administer their fees is predatory and should result in a audit of their fee practices.

I purchased an auto mobile from Auto Masters in XXXX. My down payment was XXXX dollars. I only had the car for two weeks before they repossessed it. They kept my down payment and I never was late on one car payment because one was never due. They then put a repo on my credit report that is now showing paid but there 's a judgement on my credit report for XXXX dollars. I want it removed.
