auto credit jonesboro - reporting car as repo when my car was stolen in XX/XX/XXXXwhile i was out of state. i contacted them and my insurance company XXXX. my car was found two weeks later when i was contacted it was found i let my insurance company know and left message with finance company every step- of the way what was going on. my insurance company told me they were going to move the car to a storage free place and have it looked at to determine damages. insurance company deemed it total loss. i had full coverage and gap i called left message with finance company. the next thing i got and only thing i received from the finance company was a letter stating they sold my car and that i owe the difference. the fiance company has reported car as repo when the insurance company had the car. i do not owe this and my car wasn't repo if so how did they do this unless the insurance company and finance company did something illegal also the finance company contacted gap got money from them also isn't illegal if a car was repo for a lender to action off without notify owner of when and where such transaction is to happen.

They did not provide accurate documentation! This account Is five years old and I would rather settle to have this removed from credit report before filing a law suit against this company. Please provide correct documentation and stop reporting this debt to my credit report
