I moved out of a home and there was communication between myself and the homeowner the amount I owed her. The amount was {$1000.00} and she emailed me with this amount from her email address. When i reviewed my items on my credit I found the amount from her was incorrect. I communicated this information via phone to the collection company listed on my report.The company then asked me to email them the conversation between the homeowner and myself in which I immediately did. I did not hear a response from the company so I reached out to them again, still no response, yet again I sent another inquiry using their site hat is listed online to contact them. The only type of response I received from them was when I ws notified that I was going to be garnished from my paycheck in the amount of {$3800.00} starting on XXXX/XXXX/2015. When I contacted the agency they stated I was served in which I was not and I explained this to them. The person I was speaking to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX then asked if I was XXXX '' and I replied no I am not, I am XXXX '' and this is also on my drivers license. XXXX stated the company they use to serve legal documents is called XXXX XXXX. I tried explaining to XXXX that the amount was incorrect and she told me I was also being billed for attorney and court costs. The amount that will now be taken from my paycheck bi-weekly is {$380.00} minimum which equals to approximately {$770.00} monthly. It seems asif the collection company took advantage of the fact that they seen I was willing to pay, but only the correct amount and decided to get as much as they could to make more money off of the account. I did not dispute the debt was mine, but only the amount due. I let the agency know this debt could have gotten closed out much sooner would they have responded and corrected it.

My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX my number is XXXX I am contacting you because i feel as though i am being illegally pursued for a debt i do not owe. The debt is with aurora bureau of collections and it is for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX i just went to court on XXXX and told them i disputed the charges but i didnt have the money for the filing fee XXXX. So he told me the judge would enter a default judgement against me to give me to time to file me response not even two day later i have a letter from aurora bureau collections lieing and stating judgment was entered against me and they demanded payment i kept the letter and took it to court and filed the filing fee and copy of them demanding payment before the judge had even ruled!!!! Then they complaint say there were 7 holes in the wall not while i lived there the church wouldnt of given me the money to move to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX colorado XXXX if they would slof saw wholes in the wall!!!! Then XXXX XXXX gave me a week to move i moved and got the money from the church in 4 days!!!! So why is she trying to sue me 4 years later and put it on my credit when i did what she asked and i suspect identity theft and fraud because there were no 7 wholes left in the wall when i moved into my new home so that makes me wonder who did she allow to live there under my name after she kicked me out and i was already in new home to obtain 7 wholes in the wall??? I have all my court papers. Please call me back at XXXX something is not right and it dont add up. And i dont think they followed the necessary legal steps to collect and pursue for this debt. Please help XXXX XXXX XXXX

This company contacted me about a false debt that was created by an internet provider that I used to use. I informed them that this was incorrect and later provided them with the dates of when I ended my service with said company. I agreed to remove the debt but they never did. I contacted them numerous times about this and they continued to say that it would be removed. Later they would sell the debt to another debt collection company.
