I was told by lender that they will lower my interest rate after making 4 payments on the {$25000.00} loan I made with them. After paying over {$6600.00} in 4 payments they did the refi and the contract still stated {$25000.00} as the loan amount. To date I have paid them the {$25000.00} and over {$20000.00} in interest. This loan should be paid in full as my understanding was the refi was for 24 months but I am being told that there is another 12 months left. If you are not able to get this situation resolved, I will be making a claim with the Attorney Generals Office and filing a lawsuit.
