I have filed an earlier complaint but more information has come to light. XXXX XXXX is a recipient of a letter from Atlas Acquisitions who has consequently acquired the debt. She apparently works for my lender. Anyway I have a copy of the letter she received from Atlas Acquisitions. They are requesting an amount of {$9100.00} as payment in full including principal, court costs and any authorized post judgment statutory interest. Does that mean in a subtle way that they still want the {$32000.00}? They say they will release the lien. But that still does not address the fact that this should have been discharged in the bankruptcy. In the letter, the date of the judgment is XXXX/XXXX/XXXX in plenty of time for it to be iincluded. In fact, I have the paper work from my bankruptcy in XXXX which included the debt to XXXX the company from which Atlas acquired the debt.
