We have tried to remove the fraudulent mortgage account from our credit profile but the credit bureaus ignore all requests and demands.
i nor XXXX XXXX did not nor ever gave consent to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX nor XXXX XXXX XXXX nor XXXX XXXX nor Atlantic Home Loans, to use our names, images nor likeness nor consent to forge a Signature and take our identities in attempts to pass along fraudulent, unverified security instruments. there is a scheme currently in place to unlawfully attorn property from us at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX all parties are with knowledge that no mortgage, loan, promissory note were ever signed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX yet all parties contend on proceeding with attempts to foreclose our property and use our identities and forge signatures purporting to be ours. these parties are in direct violation of 18 U.S. Code ss. 1028 ( a ) ( 1-8 ) & 18 U.S. Code ss. 473

they sold my mortgage to another company this being the 3rd time my account get sold to another company. Between the last two I had the issue. XXXX is the people that sent the negative credit report.
1. XXXX XXXX XXXX 2. Atlantic home loans 3. XXXX XXXX I had my account on auto pay and they didnt talk to me before reporting they said they tried to call and write letters. I never got neither. They werent able to communicate with me at all.
Why would they sell account with auto pay connected I found out by accountant running my credit score. He provided me with report I contacted XXXX and payed full past due amount and the following mnth as well and set up autopay again XXXX XXXX is the company that reported it I havent really getting much help on this from none of the companies
