I applied for ( and received XXXX a mortgage from this company. The company never provided me with information about my credit score, e.g. in a document titled, " Your Credit Score and the Price You Pay For Credit. '' I believe this is required by law. I have left several messages with this company, including for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and the company does not return my phone calls.

I closed on a home purchase XX/XX/2022. My wife and I were the only ones there to close with the attorney. Atlantic Coast Mortgage charged me {$18000.00} in " loan fees '' with a VA loan. I've never had to pay anything up front with a VA loan. When I asked for an explanation I was ignored.
