Havent been informed that this debt was still owed. Last comminication I had with company was in 2008 by court paper that stated withdraw motion due to expire. I took that to mean they were not pursuing the debt anymore. Now 8 years later my emploer is garnishing my wages for the amount of original loan plus 8 years of interest. My permanent address is my mothers. Not sure why after all these years something wasnt sent. I have an additional {$3500.00} added to loan to repay. Why was I not informed? It 's like they sat on this debt and let interest build up until statute of limitations were about ready to expire then decided they wanted their money. I would have had this debt paid off years ago if I had known I still owed it. Just unfair. Should have been notified of this years ago!!!
