I received a letter from XXXX about a A T & T bill that is not mine. I have never had an account with A T & T now or at any time. I have written to them saying the debt is not mine. I have also gone online and found that this collection agency in Florida has many consumer complaints for the exact same thing. They try to collect a debt for A T & T for a debt not owed. They asked that I pay half of the debt XXXX. Reference number XXXX
