: The Company '' is the lender, Known as XXXX formerly doing business as XXXX, physical location in XXXX, KS at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, now located on XXXX XXXX XXXX KS XXXX I purchased a piece of real estate in XX/XX/XXXX in the City of XXXX County of XXXX, State of Kansas, United States of America, XXXX and financed the sale through the above named entity. Through the entire time period of initial closing XX/XX/XXXX to the present, I re-financed my homesteaded real estate as approved by the Loan Officer, XXXX XXXX to improve my home and detached garage and shop building. The property is legally known as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of " the Original City of XXXX. recognized by United States Postal Service as XXXX., measuring 60 feet by 150 feet. I met all requisite contractual payments until I noticed that the mortgagor, XXXX XXXX, could not account for an unauthorized withdraw from my checking account in the amount of {$250.00} in XX/XX/XXXX, an amount still not accounted for. I changed banking institutions to XXXX XXXX XXXX directing my XXXX monies from the State of Kansas and Social Security Administration to be deposited to XXXX XXXX, and payments to XXXX be timely made from XXXX XXXX. Even though I submitted documents to XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX officers rescinding automatic payments for the mortgage amount of {$450.00} and HELOC payment of {$160.00}, XXXX XXXX ignored these rescinding documents, causing several overdrafts, charging me overdraft amounts and penalties of an approximate {$490.00}, and held the payment of my Social Security XXXX Income deposit of {$920.00} until I had paid their " electronic overdraft '' due to their error, not mine. In later court documents in the XXXX Judicial Court, the railroaded rigged biased court ruling favored XXXX XXXX, the lender, without considering the violation of equal protection under the law of my own civil rights. I submitted an " Out of Time '' narrative to the Court, as instructed by the Hearing officer, to no avail. Though I requested a 'fair and impartial ' ruling praying for the wisdom of the Court, it appears the Court recognizes only the lender and not the consumer. In my opinion, in this case, the lender ( and company, is suspect ) and the consumer ( others like me ) are presumed at fault, especially when the lending company errored first, grossly breaking the contract thus losing Super Priority Lien status.

I received a phone call from XXXX and answered the phone. After several greetings, no one responded at all, and I hung up the phone. I XXXX searched the phone number and found that it belongs to : Astra Business Services website - www.astraglobal.com It appears to be a collection agency. Concerned and not knowing of any debts whatsoever, I called the number back. The automated answer states that it 's Astra Business Services and, " this is an attempt to collect a debt. '' When I wait to speak to someone, I am hung up on every single time they answer. I called back 5 times. On the fifth time, someone actually answered and said, " Yeah what? How can I help you? '' As soon as I started to speak the person hung up on me again. I suspect that this number may be related to a scamming of some sort. I can not think of any other reason why they wo n't talk to me. Now I 'm concerned if I should pull my credit to see if there 's some debt I 'm unaware of, but that could be a complete waste because I 'm actually being harassed.

Repeated calls from XXXX XXXX XXXX, each time I answered the call, they would hang up. After XXXX calls, I called back and discovered it was a collection agency. I asked what debt they were collecting and they said they could not find a debt linked to my phone number. They stated they would remove my number from their database. I checked my credit report multiple times with no debt collection indicated. Two days after the multiple calls, I received another call with a hang up from this number. I called back and they asked if I knew anyone by the name of XXXX or XXXX who could be reached at this number. I told them no and explained the situation from the other day. They continue to call my phone repeatedly during work hours.

debt that was written off over ten years ago by hospital i worked for.I do not owe this. they are calling repeated to collect debt. i have informed them several times it is outdated by law and to stop calling. no avail they keep calling. i finally got name of company. astra business services in XXXX N.C & gt ; the caller is in XXXX and refuses to stop calling. this was bought off another agency that closed the account, but evidently they just sold it.

XXXX continue to receive calls from " Astra Business Services '' XXXX, stating I owe money from XXXX XXXX XXXX from 2011. The person on the phone had an old address, and the last XXXX digits of my social security number. They requested my new address which I did not give them. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and verified that I never had an account with them under my name and had no outstanding debts.

I requested a signed contract between myself in which they did not provide. Astra instead sent an electronic file for a payday loan where the contract is between myself and XXXX XXXX where I don't recall receiving a loan from them.
