I bought a car using Associated Bank for Financing in XXXX 2021, I made a payment in XXXX, unfortunately the car was in an accident in XXXX, I Called Associated Bank immediately, I asked if I needed to make XXXX payment, they said no as long as the insurance company pays them off in 10 days, I called XXXX and got an email from XXXX that the loan was paid, in early XXXX I got a letter stating there was a gap in what the insurance paid and what was owed, I made a payment that day, made a payment in XXXX, and paid off the Account in XX/XX/XXXX, I received a 30 day delinquent notice to all XXXX credit bureaus -this was reported falsely!!! I need this removed from my credit ASAP, Thank you

Associated Mortgage Bankers opened a mortgage loan for me, however, the interest rate they charged my husband and I is XXXX %. After speaking with a refinancing company the representative told me that the interest rate is way too high.
I feel as though the interest rate is discriminatory. I did n't realize that Associated Mortgage Bankers even charged my husband and I XXXX % on the Truth in Lending Disclosure.
