XX/XX/XXXX My name is XXXX XXXX and I am filing this complained against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX On or around XX/XX/XXXX I started a mortgage application with Assent, but canceled the process because the refinance charges were too much, the interest rate was to high, and had to pay mortgage insurance. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to XXXX XXXX, and asked him to cancel the application and the loan. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called my current lender, XXXX XXXX, and they started a new application for a loan that met my needs and with a discount on lender fees. They were going to send an appraiser. On or about XX/XX/XXXX I received a phone call from XXXX XXXX, ( XXXX ) saying he was an appraiser and wanted to come over, I asked him if he was from XXXX XXXX, and he said yes. XXXX XXXX came to do the appraisal on XX/XX/XXXX, my friend XXXX XXXX was here and in front of her I again asked XXXX XXXX if he was sent by XXXX XXXX, and again he said yes. XXXX XXXX did the appraisal, and the next day I got another call from the real appraiser, from XXXX XXXX. I immediately call XXXX XXXX, and confronted him with lying to me. He said he had already completed the appraisal and needed to get paid. At that time he had not sent the finished product to XXXX XXXX, so I asked him to cancel everything. He said no, and went ahead with his plan. On XXXX XXXX I sent an email to Assent complaining about XXXX XXXX and the charge on my credit card. XXXX XXXX also called and a lady with the name of XXXX, left a message that there would be a refund to my credit card. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I called the XXXX, girl and said she would look into it. Last week XXXX called me and told me I would not get a refund, so I called XXXX XXXX and when confronted hang up on me.

The following companies have accessed my credit report without my request, consent, or permission. They also have no need to do so as I have never requested credit from them and do not have an account with them. I am a victim of cyber stalking and harassment and have restraining orders to prove it if you need them. I would like the following companies investigated and a written statement from them stating WHY they accessed my credit report, who requested it, IP addresses if it was done online, and any email, phone numbers used to do so.

Assent Inc ran my credit report without my permission. I have never heard of Assent Inc. before nor have I ever done business with them. They are flagrantly violating the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act with their illegal and deceptive debt collection tactics. I do n't want any communication written, telephone, or any other method from Assent Inc XXXX
