I was called by an unknown number and they left a voicemail from a XXXX XXXX. ( Sidenote a quick XXXX search of XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ' will shed some light into this matter ) The voicemail reads as follows, " Hello XXXX XXXX this is XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX I previously left you a message notifying you of a civil claim today is XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. It is in your best interest for either you or your attorney to contact us no later than the close of business if you wish to put a stop order on any legal action being taken pertaining to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The number is XXXX when calling in XXXX refer to case number XXXX you have been notified the day and good luck '' I was NEVER left a message by this man or anyone at this company. The first time I hear from them I'm being threatened to be sued? The " good luck '' part at the end is what extremely angers me. To try to intimidate me into paying today so I won't have civil suits against me. So I did a quick google search and saw a large number of people referring to this man and company by name as a debt extortion scam. I called him back and let him know that I need information on this account and to call me back ASAP. Today is not the day to call and threaten my freedom and I will do everything in my power, if this man and company is indeed a scam, to bring light to this unbelievable tactics of trying to force someone's hand to pay. Whether it is a scam or not, no consumer should have to be in fear of legal action from one phone call you can't even get a response from. Please let me know if there's anymore information I need to submit. I have the voicemail saved and would be happy to send it. Thank you very much.

ASG Sollutions called my husband ( first time ) and said that on Friday he is going to be served papers at work if we do not pay our balance due. I offered to make payments and tried explaining to her that I had XXXX and then was involved in a very bad accident and I can no longer work, our XXXX XXXX XXXX daughter lives with us and we are responsible for her as she can not work due to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX , XXXX , XXXX ). I tried to explain to her that my husband is the o nly one wo rking, we are behind on our other bills as well and we do not have the means to repay this debt at this time unless they would accept XXXX month ( we owe XXXX ) She refus ed and said it has to be XXXX per month for 6 months and they have to have my bank card number to automatically take it because they " do n't trust us ''. I told her if we had to pay that amount ( which we can not ) that I would not be able to buy food and she said " You should have thought about that ''. I do n't know what to do, I asked her repeatedly not to go to my husbands job or he will be fired and she said they can go anywhere they want and use any means available to get their money. She also said that once we are sued they will garnish my husbands wages for over 5,000.00 with all court costs and things included. I try to reason with her but she gets very loud and just talks over me. WE NEED HELP as they are going to my husbands job o n XXXX / XXXX /2017.

My sister received a call from XXXX XXXX " claim XXXX '' stating that he has legal documents to issue for me. To mention he never made any calls, nor provided any written communication to me. I return call to number provided XXXX XXXX XXXX and it went immediately to voice mail of XXXX XXXX now Claim Director no longer investigator. I left voice mail with my name and contact informations. Shortly after I got call from XXXX. I answered and another female XXXX XXXX called and said that she is there to work with me on settling my debt. She told me that I owe {$1900.00} to XXXX and that her company ASG Solutions LLC is hired to collect debt. No official " This is an attempt to collect debt '' I informed her that Advance.cash. com was not licenced in my state and that I spoke with them informing them that I will stop making payments until they provide me with information that they are legal to operate in State of Nevada. I made total of 5 payments for {$240.00} each on {$900.00} loan before I stoped making payments to them. They never provided info back. I ended up paying {$700.00} with XXXX just to stop disturbance of my parents and sister. I believe XXXX XXXX lied and make false claim about legal documents. They used unfair collection practices on loan that is not enforceable. Contacting others then me was wrong as well. They had no records of any written communication to me. I wasn't allowed to dispute the debt as per law.

I had gotten repeated phone calls from " XXXX XXXX '' who says he is with a third party collector called, " ASG '' XXXX XXXX has threatened me with calling people " associated '' with me by naming off a list of people whom I may know. He said to me, " then I will be calling such and such and named off a list of people some of which are n't even relations to me. He also threatened to " garnish '' my wages if I did n't pay them {$1200.00} by Friday. He had a " courier '' who would be serving me papers on Tuesday and no one showed up. I was getting irritated with the entire conversation. He was talking over top of me, yelling on the phone, " asked if I had n't had my coffee for the day ''. I asked for a street address, and he refused to give me the street address, but rather a XXXX XXXX because it was none of my business of the street " ASG '' was located on. I feel this " XXXX XXXX '' is a scam since he talked to me the way he did. I will not pay or hand over {$1200.00} without knowing if this was a scam. I called back nine times to speak with him after he hung up on me the third time. On the ninth call, he told me I was harassing him and he would be calling the police on me and I would go to jail. I will not hand over {$1200.00} to some person who I do n't think is legit. Someone needs to investigate them. If it is legit, I will be happy to pay my debt.

I am filing a complaint about a debt that was paid with a collections company under a settlement agreement, This account was settled in Full for {$430.00}. I have the letter that was sent from ASG Solutions LLC. I believe my file was mismanaged and the fund were applied to another XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$740.00}. I recently pulled my credit report from all three credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and to my amazement, saw that ASG Solutions LLC have never updated the account. I immediately disputed this by phone, as I had not even received a statement from you. All these bureaus verified the update. I tried numerous times to get my statements from you, but never received them. Finally, I was able to get someone on the phone and paid the balance. You assured me everything was fine and reported properly. What happened? I settled this account! I have my cell phone statements to verify my numerous requests for my statements.

I keep getting calls from a company called ASG Solutions LLC. The lady who left this message name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I checked my messages today XX/XX/2019 I'm not sure if she called today or on XX/XX/2019. Any way her message states she is calling on behalf of XXXX shes been instructed to contact my place of employment today and to send out a courier and that I have been legally notified reference # XXXX. She would be calling my place of employment today. I called her number back got voicemail left a message stating she does not have the right to call my cell phone or employer. This message is threatening and has harrassing. Please stop these people from contacting me by phone and from calling or showing up at my place of employment. The only contact should be made by mail only. I'm sure they have violated some rules for debt collecting. I don't have any documents to attach I did save the voice message

This person Mr. XXXX XXXX keeps call from an annoymous number ) leaves a voicemail with a call back number of XXXX. I told him they need to mail me proof of what is talking about. I have asked for his company information, business license etc. which he refuses to give. Have asked him 4 times to not call me at work. Which he continues to do. Call XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Told him today again to stop calling, I have not received anything via email. I said to stop calling me at work, he said I can't do that. Threatening that his next step is to file in my county. Again, I have never done business with this person. Very rude and again keeps calling me at my place of employment.

They called my phone number repeatedly. I did not identify myself as the debtor and they threaten me by saying Im going to be in hot water if I dont deliver a message. And that they will file charges against me being a third-party. I called them back to try and figure out who they are since I am a debt collector by trade. They refused to give me the address when I asked and refused to identify themselves three times I finally called back a fourth time was able to obtain the address. On XX/XX/2020 the debt collection company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, aka ASG LLC left detailed information regarding this alleged debt on a relatives ( not my spouse ) phone number. Advising them they could be held liable for this debt and the amount to settle was {$2700.00}. This violates personal information that can not be shared. I called and advised XXXX XXXX of ASG to cease all phone communication. This is a third party debt collector file number XXXX. All calls are recorded, so there is a record of the call to my mother-in-law on her cell number at XXXX in which they discussed personal information of mine.

ASG is a collection agency and they contacted me for a debt from XXXX XXXX. I had already sent XXXX a letter to cease and desist. I received this call from XXXX XXXX of the collection agency. He was asking me questions really fast but would n't let me answer. As I was asking him to not call me again at work and that I had an attorney, he said what kind? I said a bankruptcy attorney. He then started accusing me of filing falsely for bankruptcy and paying my attorney with the funds. I could n't get a work back in. He then said, thanks for saying all of this on a recorded line and hung up.

Further advising they have contacted the DMV and my local jurisdiction of XXXX XXXX County. I was also advised by my step father that he received a call from the same personal today, stating there is a legal matter filed against me, per Federal Law. A company called ASG XXXX XXXX called me on XX/XX/18 at XXXX. A man named XXXX XXXX was the caller and said he was reaching out to me as I was involved in a legal matter and to call him asap as this is a timely matter. I believe this is a false claim for debt collection as I received no validation of debt via mail. I would like this company looked into for using fake tactics to collect false debt.

The debt collection company repeatedly said via voicemail I would be served a summons. When I contacted them, they informed me that the company they represented intended to file charges against me for fraud. ASG llc say my fiance owes a payday loan for XXXX. And if he doesn't pay by credit card over the phone they are going to put a stop registration on our vehicle with the county we live in. They keep changing the amount owed and they had our licenses plate on file. They keep calling me and not him.
