I had debt to pay {$31000.00} on, or about XX/XX/2014 in school full time and this debt hanging over my head made it excruciating difficult, if not impossible to continue with my grades, payments, trips, to & from school. This had a snowball effect. I had contacted CareOne Credit debit recovery service in seeking my virtue outcome. Meanwhile, the CareOne claimed it was going out of business or had sold it to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had, later, noticed their website business was still active, up and running on the internet at their disposal sold my account to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Today I had called following an account by XXXX XXXX XXXX By XXXX Corporate office the services provided agent I spoke to Mr XXXX XXXX about this account whom, told me it was a fraudulent because XXXX XXXX is not the agency who last had the account. It was CareOne. Accordingly, I was told those records are not found, don't have access to them. Although I was apprehensive when learning they were exchanging hands. I was cautious but because we had the power of attorney to handle the account ( s ) I really felt safe. As you can see that is not the case. They made a suggestion to contact the three Credit Bureau to see if they can trace the check that was paid out to the account. Thank you.

I took over a mortgage cause the owner passed away I have fallen behind on payments but I will be able to pay the next payment plus a little more to try and get caught up I need help to see if the bank will work with me
