This is the second complaint I will be filing on this same issue. I tried to resolve this issue with the owner after the first complaint was filed with no results. After he received it he contacted me and asked how he could make it right to me. I told him all I wanted was for this negative item to be removed from my credit report from XXXX XXXX and XXXX. He had already successfully gotten it removed from XXXX. This item was intentionally left on my credit report after 2 rounds of dispute letters so that he could sell me another 2 rounds to get it removed. After a 3rd and 4th round the item is still on my credit report. I received an email from him stating that on XXXX he had filed dispute letters with all three bureaus to get this item removed to resolve this. Once again he lied to me and never filed any dispute letters with the bureaus like he told me he did in the attached document. On XXXX I contacted XXXX and XXXX and they both told me that the last time a dispute was received on this item was XXXX. I contacted them again on XXXX this time from my lawyers office so he could listen to the conversation on speaker phone and hear and record the response and once again they both said the last time a dispute was received on this item was XXXX. I have recently been turned down for a loan in the amount of XXXX because of this negative item on my report that the owner does not want to make a good faith attempt to remove like he tells me he is doing in emails. See attached documents. This is the second time in a row that i have been lied to by this company telling me that they are filing dispute letters on my behalf when in fact they are not. See the attached document and refer to my first complaint that i filed on this same issue..

I was scammed out of {$440.00} During the process I been trying to get funds back from the beginning but was told I had to wait until the process was over. I was also told if I wasnt satisfied I would get my money back XXXX percent so during the process the company took XXXX item off which managed to return causing my credit score to drop XXXX points!!! When I informed them they treated me poorly never apologized! I also deleted items off of my credit and I was informed for me to show them proof so they can refund me and when I showed them they ignored me!
