On XXXX XXXX, my son XXXX XXXX and my mother XXXX XXXX went into XXXX XXXX XXXX. My son XXXX XXXX was looking to purchase a new vehicle for himself. XXXX called while I was work at XXXX XXXX stating he did not get approve to purchase a car. Sale person, XXXX from XXXX got on the phone and asked me to submitted my information to see if I will get approve. I told XXXX over the phone I just purchased a new car XXXX weeks ago. He said lets see if it will go through. I passed the information on over the phone. XXXX called me and XXXX got on the phone and said I got approved for the car that XXXX wanted. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX came to my house between XXXX to XXXX to have me signed the sale of contract. I asked XXXX about getting gap insurance. XXXX applied to me that he will look into it. He wrote on the original contract that he needs to get the ac check due to air not blowing out right and he wrote gap insurance on the contract and circle it. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and I spoke servals time he wanting to get the vehicle to my house while I was working at XXXX XXXX. When arriving home on XX/XX/XXXX I noticed XXXX did not leave me a copy of my contract. I decided to give him time to get back with me. Since time has passed by and I did not hear back from XXXX the sale person I started to make phone calls. On XXXX XXXX @ XXXX I call XXXX XXXX phone XXXX to check on my requests. He did not answer his phone nor called me back. I called his cell phone XXXX again on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX and again he did not answer nor called me back. On XXXX XXXX I called the store number XXXX @ XXXX to tried to reach XXXX XXXX my requested. Once again unsuccessful. At this point I am fully frustrated because no one will call me back. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX, but still unsuccessful to get someone to called me back. On XX/XX/XXXX my son was driving the car I purchased from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The coolant light came on and off. He took the car to XXXX XXXX to get coolant. The sale person at XXXX XXXX looked at his coolant and said there is some gooey stuff in your coolant. He told my son his coolant will need to be flush. On XX/XX/XXXX, my son took his car to XXXX XXXX XXXX service department to get coolant flush. Per my son, XXXX XXXX, XXXX whom worked at the XXXX department told my son that he is over the mileage for warranty and HE HAS A BLOWN HEAD GASKET. XXXX, also told my son that his engine could have blown up on him. XXXX used this car to take his little brothers to and from school. XXXX XXXX XXXX had put my family and myself in a life danger situation. Note we only had the car from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I could tell my son ; XXXX XXXX was upset so I had to leave work early to picked my son and his girlfriend from XXXX service department. I made a trip to speak to the store XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX face to face. When I got to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX. I was direct to XXXX whom is the store XXXX. He put me, my son and his girlfriend into a room to discuss the car. I told XXXX what the service department said about the car, I dont have copy of my signed contact and what is going on with gap insurances. XXXX said let me looked into it. When XXXX came back, he printed me a copy of the contract but it was XXXX pages only. He said the financial company wanted me to put XXXX dollars down but since I did not have XXXX dollars, they wavier the gap insurance. NOTE, XXXX and I never had a conversation of putting money down nor waving gap insurance. XXXX came to my home he delivered me false information about gap insurance to have me signed the sale of contract. I asked XXXX to see the original contract and he said he did not have it. He said my son had XXXX miles on the car and the warranty stated XXXX miles or 3 months. I told XXXX we only had the car for 41 days so that is less than 3 months and how can a head gasket blow out on 41 days purchased. I told XXXX the car never gave any warning signs ; the engine light did not come on nor any of the dashboard warning lights came on. The car never showed any signs of overheating, no smoking etc. Note : How can we take a car in during our warranty period time if the car dashboard shows no warning. If a car dashboard does not work then you sold me a defective, malfunction car. XXXX said he will help us out about the head gasket. He will have the service department order parts to get it fixed. He said service department will keep in touch with me. I left XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I made several calls to XXXX service department to check on the car. They kept moving the date from when they will have the car fixed. As of XX/XX/XXXX, I called the service department to see if car is fixed and XXXX from the service department sated, he left me a message on my phone on XX/XX/XXXX. Note : I checked my message no message from him. He said I have bad news the car keeps overheating and XXXX said they did all they can do. Note : service department had the car from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX, almost a month to work on it. I told XXXX I am not picking up a defective car and I am going to file a complaint in with the Attorney General. As you can clearly see I am single female thats a victim of XXXX XXXX. XXXX fail to do a full inspection on the vehicle I purchased. On an implied warranty the vehicle is supposed to perform for a while. It is my right to expect the vehicle to fulfilled its purpose. Conclusion : XXXX XXXX XXXX sold me a car thats impossible to live up to its performance. XXXX from XXXX mislead me to believing he was going to look into gap insurance while I was signing the sales of contract at my house. I have enclosed witness names and phone number whom rode or drove the car ; also, I have enclosed proof of me my call list showing proof of me calling premier auto center trying to get in touch of someone. I applied for this vehicle loan with the help of the sales agent, XXXX XXXX. The entire deal was sketchy but the outcome was promising. I do not have a driver 's license and I was told " Come back tomorrow and you will ''. I was also told, " The manager doesn't like to move forward with a fake driver 's license because he doesn't want to mess up our relationship with a lender, but we do this all of the time ''. The total downpayment was XXXX. I was told that I could pay {$1500.00} on my initial visit and on my next payday I could pay the remaining {$500.00}. I was also told that I would get a " welcome call '' that XXXX and that I was to tell the lender that I paid the full {$2000.00}. I informed XXXX that I was not comfortable with that and I would try to make the remaining payment before the welcome call. On the first day of test driving the vehicle, the brake fluid light came on. I informed XXXX and he had his maintenance team work on the issue. On the second day of having the vehicle, the check engine and oil light came on. I notified XXXX and he told me that I could take it to their repair shop in XXXX. I took it to the XXXX XXXX to have a maintenance check on it. I have a repair estimate sheet dated XXXX that list many different issues 1. pump replacement 2. oil change 3. brake fluid exchange ( this was not fixed on day one they just turned the notification light off ) 4. engine air filter replacement 5. cabin air filter 5. oil cap is leaking. I sent XXXX a picture and he gave me the car shop number in XXXX to call. I called them and they informed me they were a third party and do not speak with customers directly. I informed XXXX and he told me it would be best if I came to the shop and spoke with the XXXX XXXX, who was out at the time until Monday. I went to XXXX and provided XXXX with the Repair estimate and he was very unhelpful and rude. He stated that XXXX only wanted money from me and that the XXXX XXXX was false and that they will get the lights off. I informed him that I did not want the lights off but the vehicle fixed. He told me it was a used car and there would be problems. I informed him that is understandable but I would rather purchase a used vehicle with minor problems that don't classify it as a lemon. XXXX interrupted, walked me outside, and said that he will accompany me to the XXXX location that weekend for maintenance. on XX/XX/XXXX I messaged him after he was a no-show and informed him that I was returning the vehicle on XX/XX/18, which I did. I returned the vehicle on XX/XX/18 and no longer have it yet I am still receiving collection calls in an attempt to collect. I informed Arivo and they called the carlot and they stated that I have the vehicle but did not pick up the plates. I did not pick up the plates because I do not have the vehicle. I never intended for them to be deceptive and not report that to the lender or they are forcing me into a vehicle I do not wish to purchase as an investment. I accepted a loan from this company through a dealership in XX/XX/2023. The tradeline was opened on my credit report the following month. Things seemed fine until I began looking for ways to boost my credit score in XXXX and noticed that this account had not been updated on my credit since XX/XX/2023 and while it reflected that the payments for those 3 months were on time, the balance had not changed. I contacted the company in XXXX and was told that they report every month. I questioned why my report did not show an update since XXXX and was told that I would need to send an email to their disputes department. I questioned why an email was needed for something they said they do automatically. In a later phone conversation, I was told that the prior representative should not have told me they report every 30 days because the XXXX XXXX department only had XXXX person and they were " working through a backlog ''. Again, they told me I would need to send an email to disputes and wait for them to get to it. In XXXX, I began looking to re-finance this loan due to the high interest rate. When I reviewed my account online for the balance, it reflected ( incorrectly ) that I was due for payment from XXXX, the account was 16 days past due, but the last payment made had been XXXX. When I questioned this, I was told " the App is having issues '' and the account was current and not due until XXXX. I was again told to send an email if I wanted my credit report updated. This company does not offer billing statements, and everything is done through the App, so if it is not correct, how can I manage my account properly? At this time, I again checked my credit report and found that not only was it not updated for this account since XXXX, it was now showing the account marked " closed '' but still full balance owed. I again questioned this with the company and was told to send an email. I refinanced the account with another lender for a better rate on XX/XX/XXXX and a payoff was mailed by the new lender to the physical address on the payoff letter on XX/XX/XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXX, the App still reflected a balance and no payment since XXXX. I chatted with an agent and was told that the payment has not been received or applied and it could have been because the entire payment team had " been off for the holiday ''. I asked if the payment would be backdated since the payoff was only good through the XXXX. They said they could not answer that question. As of XX/XX/XXXX, the App still did not reflect my account paid off. I chatted with an agent who said the account was paid in full as of XX/XX/XXXX on their side and not sure why the App did not reflect that.

My auto loan account XXXX with Arivo Acceptance has been an outraged these past few months. Early in 2019 I had requested a due date change with my account representative XXXX who with out notice or cause was changed leaving an open situation that no one could seem to resolve. I was told my due date was move from the XXXX of each month until the XXXX which is not was agreed upon. Trying to reach the original representative on my account has been impossible. I have been what I can say is harassed by this company as they changed my address on file after trying to cross reference my file and has been sending statements to an address Ive never seen or heard of. The new account representative XXXX who I never heard from prior to him reaching out demanding I pay my payment after one day past a due date I didnt agree to! I have made several payments and have sent sensitive bank information over via bank statement and have spent numerous hours sending emails and calls to this company to try to get the fees rectified that I was charged in error and we are still not to a resolution that is beneficial to me as the customer/consumer. I paid my both my XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX payments more than 2 times each, both with different banks, were returned to my bank due to an error with Arrivo Acceptance. Each time a payment was returned there was nothing effecting the available balance before or after each transaction and this information was sent to this company via bank statement and they failed to clear up the problems. I want someone to step in and assist with this companys bad business practices as of today it looks like I owe nearly triple of what I originally was due to pay.of {$360.00}. The due needs to be changed to a date that is convenient for me and I would like them to stop badgering me with calls but not fixing any of my issues.

XX/XX/18 i purchased a Used XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX for {$19000.00} with a total Finance amount of {$23000.00} with Arivo Acceptance. 11 months into the 72 month contact, i lost my job and my father at the same time. I could not afford this vehicle anymore. I called them and explained, they offered absolutely no solution. I stopped driving the vehicle and requested they pick it up. It sold in auction for {$12000.00} and i had paid them {$5200.00} in payments. The won a civil suit and garnished my check. Taking another {$4300.00} in a matter of a few paychecks. This pushed me to the brink of becoming homeless. I did what i could to get them to stop the garnishment by making an agreement. With COVID, i was unable to meet that agreement and now they have garnished my check again. This could cause me and my family to live on the street. I guess my question is ... .how can any company force someone to pay {$32000.00} for a vehicle that had a principal balance of {$23000.00}?? I would be in my XXXX month of a 72 month contract as of today. They have no desire to work anything out fairly and i am a victim of contractual law. I have all the documentation and facts to support everything i have written. I take accountability but there were circumstances that caused this to happen. But the reality is, if the contract was still valid, I would have around {$1500.00} left to pay on the principal balance and not even halfway through the contractual term of 72 months!!! Instead, my paychecks are being garnished, crippling my family in a pandemic for an additional {$9000.00} dollars. This is wrong and if it is allowed, i will make it my life goal to make sure this story becomes public knowledge.

I am currently financing my vehicle through Arivo Acceptance, and I must express my deep dissatisfaction with their customer service, which I find extremely disappointing. Furthermore, their XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX rating is shockingly low, standing at a mere 1.8 out of 5 stars. My primary concern revolves around Arivo 's failure to update the credit bureaus since XX/XX/2023, despite the fact that it is now nearly XX/XX/2023. This situation is wholly unacceptable, particularly because I am currently in the process of purchasing a home with my fianc. To maintain a favorable financial standing, it is imperative that Arivo promptly and accurately reports my payments to all three credit bureaus on a monthly basis. I firmly believe that there is no excuse for Arivo 's inability to fulfill this basic obligation. As a conscientious borrower, I consistently meet my monthly payment commitments, and it is only fair that Arivo, as a reputable financial institution and lien holder, operates with the same level of professionalism and responsibility. On XX/XX/XXXX the loan company took out 2 car payments The second one was done without my authorization. When I called them, they said they would issue credit immediately, they did not. Called the next 2 days and still no credit. I called my bank and they credited my account and then debited back car company. Within 2 weeks, the car company credited my account and my bank credited them back. Every day since XXXX this company has called everyday or emailed they want their payment back. I explained my bank did give them it back. They called stating my loan was in default and I have refused to contact them. I talked to XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX numberous times and sent the documents they requested. Bank statements along with a letter from the bank stating they were refunded. Today, XXXX calls and says I am past due on my payments. I am not they are due on XXXX of each month. In XXXX, they tried taking an extra payment out of my bank account at the end of XXXX I emailed them stating this was done illegally for the second time. They continue to call and harass me and they have their money back from the bank. I told them not to call me during work times, and they continue to call and email. I need help

Arivo Acceptance has repeatedly contacted my significant other ( unmarried ) leaving details of the status of my loan on his voice-mail ( voice-mail have been saved as proof of third party disclosure ) which also does not identify him personally but is an automated message that only states his phone number. They have done this with my relatives as well and constantly disclose my sensitive information to third parties. They have also drafted a payment from my account that I did not authorize and constantly harass me by calling several times every day, sending emails, and then calling my family members. I have asked for assistance as I have been struggling with a loss of income due to the pandemic and they are not willing to help but instead just continue to use what, in my opinion, is abusive/harassing practices, causing extreme stress to the point I am becoming physically ill. They also have sent me information regarding another person 's account which concerned me and they include my account number in the emails which I feel is risky if like in the case where they sent me info, what if it gets sent to someone else as which is another violation.

I have been dealing with Arvio since COVID hit. I was let go from my job in XX/XX/XXXX and I contacted them and said now that I was forced into early retirement that I could not afford a {$550.00} car payment. Then in XXXX I was admitted to the hospital with XXXX for XXXX days and came home on XXXX for a month. I was in contact with them and made payments as I could and said I need help. During COVID the companies were not to report individual/business to be late. This company did and prevented me in trading in the car to get a smaller payment. This company told me they do not refinance the company. Because of this company my credit score is below XXXX which does not allow me to trade car in. I am looking for a job but at XXXX XXXX XXXX they are hard to come by. I make payments as much as I can but with medical bills its too much. I have asked if they refinace they said NO. NOW, with the new Trade Laws, this company calls almost every day asking for back payments. This is against the Federal Trade Laws that went into affect XX/XX/XXXX that you could not contact a business/indivdual one time in 7 days. I dont know what else to do...

I've never in my life purchased a vehicle much less co-signed for one. How could I co sign on something with no credit line at all. I never did this and I've contacted and asked to company to remove me from the account that i have no idea about. I went to check my medical bills one day, and I see a debt of {$40000.00}. My mind was blown so I've disputed it 3 times now and I continue to get denied. The only thing left to do is file identity theft but I'd rather not go through that, and just ask that the company remove me from whatever joint account I've been connected to without my permission.

My payment is late 11 days and they are calling me and harassing me and my references. I explained that I would make a payment next Friday. They forced me into setting up a scheduled payment I advised I would just call in and make payment next Friday they refused said I needed to do it now or further action would happen like me losing my car. I purchased the vehicle in XX/XX/2023. The lender reported the purchase. They have not reported a single payment since then, which is negatively impacting my credit. They told me in XX/XX/2023 that they were working on it, and should have it resolved in 60 days. It is now XXXX and I'm being told the exact same thing. I made this purchase NINE MONTHS ago. They should have this resolved by now. I am trying to purchase a home, and this is preventing that! I have attached screenshots showing my payments, and that my account is in perfect standing.

Arivo Acceptance has been harassing my husband and myself. They were told repeatedly starting in XX/XX/XXXX to stop contacting people in my family over something in my husbands name. I want to file this please as my formal complaint to ARIVO ACCEPTANCE for allowing the fraudulent account on my credit report. I filed an FTC report with the identity theft report number XXXX. As I checked my credit report this fraudulent account is still reflected on my credit report. I have tried by phone, mail and text to have them send me a mailed copy that the loan is closed and they tell me they are a green company and refuse to send me a letter showing the account is closed I have been trying for 67 days to have this resolved.
